Completely renovated in 2024, this home has all the comforts you’d expect from a premier Hilton Head vacation rental. The main level of the home has an open concept living area with cathedral ceilings, plush furnishings, LVP flooring and a large Smart TV. Just beyond the living area is the dining area with seating for eight. Additional seating for four can be found at the kitchen bar. The stunning kitchen features stainless appliances, a gas range, wine fridge, coffee bar and breakfast area with seating for four. Views of the private pool and expansive deck can be seen throughout the main level.

Three bedrooms are located on the main level. The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, sitting area and a large ensuite with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV, built-in bookshelves and an attached bathroom with a large vanity, walk-in shower and stand-alone tub. The third bedroom on this level has two sets of twin bunks, a Smart TV and access to the deck.

A laundry room and powder room are also both located on the main level for added convenience.

The fourth bedroom is located on the second level. This spacious room has a queen bed, Smart TV, workspace, private balcony and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The exterior of the home offers space for rest and relaxation. The extra-large deck overlooks the private pool and spa. Meticulous landscaping provides privacy as well.
