Walk to it all from this Rehoboth Beach townhome—just 1 block to Rehoboth Avenue! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat puts you steps from 100+ restaurants, shops, the boardwalk, and the beach. Only 1 block to the Junction & Breakwater Bike Trail and 2 blocks to the Rehoboth Beach Farmers Market (Tuesdays, May–Oct). Recently refreshed with fresh paint throughout and a brand-new primary bath shower completed in 2025. Stay 7 nights and receive 10% off. The perfect, convenient beach getaway!

The space
First Floor
Features a spacious bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a full bath, offering comfort and convenience for guests. The garage provides plenty of space for bikes and beach gear, and has also been set up as a fun game room with a 5-foot air hockey table.

Second Floor
Open-concept living at its best: dining, kitchen, half bath, and living room with a flat-screen TV, plus a sunny deck to relax after a day at the beach. The fully stocked kitchen features a brand-new large refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, plus a wine fridge, new oven/stove, dishwasher, and a Keurig.

Third Floor
Two more bedrooms and a full bath. The primary bedroom features a sunny patio—perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The second bedroom includes twin beds. Each bedroom offers large closet space.

Beautiful property at a great price. Very quiet neighborhood. The hosts were very communicative and provided both personal touches to truly help the house feel like home and awesome recommendations for food and recreation. Property was very walkable to numerous restaurants, shops, and the beach! We will definitely be back!

Great family trip

Our stay was great, the house was clean and accurately depicted. The communication was excellent. It was an easy flat 15-20 minute walk to the beach past great little local shops and places to eat. The house was well stocked with towels, bed linens and beach chairs. The kitchen was fantastic with everything we needed.

This stay was perfect! Robert and Josh were very responsive and even left us with a binder full of ideas for places to go in the area. They thought of everything for us from little bottles of toiletries to parking passes while we were there. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and the house is just around the corner from a great breakfast spot. We loved staying here and definitely would again!

This is such a great spot! The condo is clean, spacious, warmly decorated and conveniently located for beach access and walking to the shops. We had a great time and Robert was a great host. He responded very quickly and provided necessary updates in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend!

Very good condition but kitchen was not well equipped to make Thanksgiving dinner. Minor inconvenience . Everything else was top notch. Living space seemed smaller than similar 3 bedroom townhouses we have rented in the past. Two of our adult guests cancelled which gave us plenty of room. Prefer full hall bath on level with two bedrooms instead of one small bathroom to share with 4 adults.
