Tropical Flowers all around the house , beautiful birds and the occasional manatee or dolphin family, Close to grocery stores, Shopping, theaters, fishing, dancing, and social clubs for dining and boating. Beautiful neighborhood, wonderful neighbors great Town.

Quiet neighborhood, great neighbors, close to beaches, museums, and the water. All kinds of interesting water activities for kids and kids at heart. Short drive to Punta Gorda Airport and Fort Myers International Airport.
A great tropical feeling throughout the home, whether sunbathing on the enclosed deck area on one side of the house, on the dock, or poolside. Bring your boat or rent one locally and have it delivered straight to the dock!
