The location was good, the pools were nice, and the unit was fine. It was just the cleanliness that was an issue. The kitchen cupboards had food spilled all over them and there was a dirty pan in the oven and In the cupboards. All of the light switches/door handles were dirty. We went to use an extra blanket from in the closet and it smelled like urine. There were dirty socks under one of the beds. Behind the couch along the window/carpet there was rat/mouse droppings.

I am so sorry. I don't live in town. I pay big money to have the place cleaned. I trust them to clean properly. I will address the issue.

The room and accommodations were good. It’s just that there was no elevator. And if you aren’t able to walk up and down stairs well the third floor is not so ideal. Had no clue there were no elevators. Also had to pay a 20 parking and pool pass fee. For a parking spot that twice we couldn’t find in front of our building. 3 buildings over. A parking pass should be included in the room at owners expense. Didn’t know about it until arrived. Also not a short walk to the beach. It’s 2 blocks over from the beach it’s more like a 10-15 minute walk.
