Mr. Karl's home was just as listed and my husband and I stayed in Cody for 10 days for our 40th anniversary and his birthday, it was wonderful, I highly recommend it, Yellowstone national park is a little scenic drive from here but we enjoyed all of it and the rodeo in Cody as well as all of the shops on the main street, but keep in mind this is not a very large town and that's what we loved about it. The small town pride and the people here are so very friendly. We will be back!Thank you. The AvinsAugust 2026

This is a great house with a great host. I cant imagine a better location. Walking distance to everything. Fantastic house stocked with all the goodies youd have at home. Very comfortable and roomy at a price thats hard to beat. Gary thank you so much for our stay. We are already planning next years visit.Ps. It was 104 degrees multiple days during our stay. Not only did the house stay nice and cool there is a store around the corner with adult slushies. Yes they were good....

Great Property

Our stay at this property was fantastic. Easy parking, great location, well stocked kitchen, clean. Everything one could ask for. If I ever need a place to stay in Cody in the future, this would be the first place I would look.

Fully equipped

Awesome place a short walk to stores and restaurants. Had a lot of extras such as spices shampoo. Nice and clean. I definitely recommend staying here.

Downtown Cody Convenience

This quaint one-bedroom twin is located right in the heart of historic downtown Cody with convenient walking access to shopping and restaurants. All the essentials are also provided. Highly recommend.

Wonderful! Wonderful

They had everything that they thought you would need. The kitchen was better quipped than mine at home! Wonderful location. Easy to get everywhere in town. Just 2 blocks from Sheridan Ave. Clean. Quiet. Had a pay laundry in the basement. Very nice to have a living room to relax in while traveling. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect

Place was great. Clean. Comfortable. Cozy. Extremely well stocked. Perfect walking distance to downtown. Very quiet neighborhood (better than ours at home). Owners were great. Easy to get ahold of for questions. Laundry facilities were great. Very clean. Drier does need a second dry time. Outdoor space wasn’t quite what I expected but was nice for just the two of us. Will without a doubt stay again.

Great location. Solid accommodations. Nice new bathroom. Good space in kitchen. Window A/C unit in bedroom. Tips for future renters: Washer/dryer is coin operated. Smoke detector goes off when you cook in a frying pan. Lots of spices. Dresser and Closet space. Space in front room to organize your stuff.

The duplex has very small. Arrived and inside temperature was 79 degrees only one small air conditioner in the bedroom. No television in the one small bedroom. The location was great for walking around. It’s just not worth the money!!

Neat and clean place in center of Cody. It close to Sheridan Street where many shops are located. Was a perfect place for my wife and me to spend a few days.
