Before You Book – Please Read

ID VERIFICATION:
Government-issued photo ID is required for EVERY guest to send 24 hours prior to check-in for building registration. Physical IDs must be shown at check-in. Blurry overnigth cropped images won’t be accepted by security.

GUEST RULES:
Only guests submitted and approved prior to check-in will be allowed access (up to 4 people per unit). All guests 18+ must submit ID before arrival or the booking may be subject to cancellation.

NO SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind (including marijuana) is not allowed in the unit or rooftop areas. Fine of $500 will be applied and violations may result in future reservation restrictions.

MAIL & DELIVERIES:
Please do not have mail or packages sent to the unit unless you’ve arranged it with the host beforehand.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:

Check-out time is strictly at 11:00 AM.
Unapproved late check-outs will incur a $150 fee.


AMENITIES ACCESS:

Pool & gym are available to all guests.
Pool hours: 7 AM – 10 PM (or midnight depending on building policy).
Limit: 4 guests per visit. All guests must be registered to enter the building, staying overnight or no.

Rooftop rules must be followed to maintain access.

We do not offer any on-site parking. However, there are multiple paid parking lots on the same block and throughout the neighborhood.
Please note that parking is not included, and we do not offer refunds related to this.
