Our stay was great! The check-in and check-out process was clearly explained and very easy to follow. The host was a fast and thorough communicator, which made everything smooth from start to finish.We really enjoyed the amenities, and the included parking was very much appreciated. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, and having a washer and dryer available was a huge plus. Overall, a very convenient and enjoyable stay — we would happily stay here again!

We had an awesome stay at this DTLA VRBO! The location was perfect — close to everything downtown has to offer, from great restaurants to fun spots to explore. The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. The host was responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone visiting DTLA!

My 19yo son and I spent three nights here during his Spring break. The unit was clean and just as described. The view from the rooftop pool and hot tub is amazing! The location is perfect for exploring downtown LA. There is a concert venue right next door as well as a restaurant and bar on the block, so the street can be noisy, but that was not a surprise. Check in process was mostly smooth, but I had some difficulty finding the parking and figuring out how to use the parking fob to get in to the parking garage. The owner responded quickly, even though it was 2am, and the front desk attendant was also helpful. I would stay here again if I were visiting LA.

Great location for everything we were looking to do. Safe and secure. The condo and the building was clean. Rooftop pool and areas to lounge were excellent. Communication was kind and outstanding and I would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Everyone in the building was very nice and we enjoyed pool and sunset time at the rooftop pool. Cute coffee spots just outside the front door and parking was easy.

Fantastic condo. Cool view of Broadway. Rooftop views are spectacular. Hot tub and pool are amazing, though the pool is a little chilly, but it’s early spring. You would have a hard time getting me out of that thing come summer time! The condo is pretty well appointed. Lots of towels, and hygiene stuff. The kitchen has plenty of stuff for your cooking needs, though I wish there was a coffee grinder and a French press or pour over set up. There’s a keurig, but I’m a bit of a coffee snob! Of course there are plenty of places to go get a proper cup of coffee nearby, though! This spot is nearly PERFECT! On top of it being a great place to stay, I am most impressed with Malcolm! In trying to book an extra night, VRBO kept doing all sorts of crazy stuff, and Malcolm kept me in the loop and helped me get it figured out. It took some doing and Malcolm was super communicative, patient, and gracious. I can’t wait to book this spot again!

LOVED our stay!

Can’t say enough good about the accommodations. It’s worth it alone for the pool and hot tub on the roof but the studio is lovely in a nice part of town. We were there for a volleyball tournament at the LA convention center. It was a 15 minute walk, but it wasn’t too far. Great restaurants Great location loved working with the owner. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

We were looking for a downtown LA apt with the feel of the city and we got that. The apartment was awesome and id you love the big city downtown scene, this is the place for you. The apartment was secure and we got free parking as well. The host was friendly, helpful and responsive. The apartment was beautiful the view amazing and the rooftop pool and hottub views were PHENOMENAL. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had a great stay and the price beats any decent hotel in town. I definitely recommend.

Great Stay

We had a great experience at Malcolm's property. Location and parking were convenient. The guard at the desk was friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, spacious and well taken care of. Can't say enough good things. The roof top pool and hot tub were amazing with plenty of seating. Lots of small touches from snacks, shampoos and pool towels to feel welcomed. Would highly recommend!

Excellent apartment

Cozy and convenient with great amenities

My partner and I had the pleasure of staying here while on vacation. The space had everything we need and was a cozy spot to come back to after a long day/night out on the town. The rooftop pool and hot tub were great and had an amazing view of the city. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.
