Welcome to Brown Bear Cabin by Clear Trail Properties, a spacious and modern 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath retreat in the heart of Nekoosa’s golf and lake country. Just minutes from Lake Arrowhead, Sand Valley Golf Resort, and the Lake Arrowhead Community Center, this 1,800 sq. ft. home is designed for comfort, connection, and year-round recreation.
Inside, enjoy an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated game space with mini putt-putt and a pool table. After a day on the course or water, unwind in the private 6-person hot tub or gather around the fire pit under the stars.

✔ Additional Guests - $10 per night for each guest beyond 4.
✔ Hot Tub Cleaning - A $100 fee applies only if extra cleaning is needed after use.
