Please note that the unit shares the HVAC with the downstairs main house and the thermostat is in the main house; however, the owner has locked the thermostat at a comfortable level. Since some people experience hot flashes, the unit is equipped with two fans for guest's use.

I love historic Hilton Village! The unit is a block from the main street with shops, restaurants and the community theatre, and walking distance to fishing pier with small beach!
You are also a short drive to multiple tourist attractions, Fort Monroe, Buckaroe Beach, Virginia Beach, Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, Busch Gardens! For those traveling healthcare professionals, there are multiple hospitals a short drive away:

I decorated the apartment to be a relaxing, coastal inspired space! I named it Sand and Sea due to the colors I chose to paint the walls and ceiling! You will love it :)
