There are many ponds in our gated community for fishing and two (2) fishing piers and a private boat ramp and dock on the lake to enjoy in our community as well for all your water enjoyment needs.

We have a fenced yard, with a great patio to enjoy, fire pit ( wood not provided) and Charcoal BBQ - (Charcoal not provided)

There is a covered driveway with parking access for two (2) mid sized vehicles. There is no overnight street parking allowed.

Additionally, there is a club house that has salt water pool (seasonally) , mini golf, play ground , community center with a pool table, foos ball table, and a lending library for your enjoyment.

You have full access to the property (inside, and yard) which includes the fire pit and grill. It is fenced for your fur babies to run around and enjoy the great outdoors with you.

You have access to both the host (Heather) and co-host (Charles) throughout your book (before, during, and after). You will have communications through the app and out numbers to call/text at your convenience.

luxurious amenities - a queen size bed with luxury mattress, bidet, Induction cooktop with air frying oven, full size stackable washer and dryer, refrigerator with ice and filtered water. Kurig coffee maker, microwave, and all the cookware you could need.

Two bedrooms -
master is a queen bed with private bathroom (his/her sinks) with shower.

Secondary bedroom - has 3 bunks - top is twin, middle is full, and there is a twin trundle on the bottom.

Board games, yard games, cards, toys for the kids also on site.
