Here, the beach is just steps away and the pace of Myrtle Beach unfolds right outside your door.



The space

This oceanfront condo is set on the 6th floor and offers sweeping coastal scenery from a private balcony overlooking the water. Inside, the living area is arranged for gathering and unwinding, with large windows that keep the ocean in view. A dining space sits nearby, making meals feel connected to the shoreline beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for everyday cooking, whether you are preparing a simple breakfast or sharing dinner after a day out.



Sleeping arrangements

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the condo comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, ocean front balcony access, en suite bathroom and dedicated workspace. Additional bedrooms include a second king bed with an en suite bathroom, a room with 2 queen beds, a room with twin beds, and a living room with a sleeper sofa, offering flexibility for families or groups traveling together. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, and extra pillows and blankets are provided to support both short and extended stays.



Outdoor living and resort access

The private balcony is a natural gathering spot, offering 180-degree ocean views and space to relax with outdoor furniture. Beyond the condo, guests have resort access that includes pools, a hot tub, and shared beach access right along the shoreline. Outdoor showers, sun loungers, and open outdoor areas add to the beachfront experience.



Entertainment and family-friendly features

Resort access also includes a range of shared entertainment options such as mini golf, a climbing wall, bowling alley, laser tag, skate ramp, and batting cage, along with an outdoor playground and play structures for children. These shared amenities make it easy to balance beach time with activities for all ages.



Beach Colony Resort – Guest Notes & Important Information

* Motorcycles and trailers are NOT allowed on property under any circumstances.

* Oversized vehicles (over 74” tall) have limited parking availability on the first level.

* If oversized parking is full, guests will need to use nearby public parking at Dunes Village Resort.

* All guests must display an official Beach Colony parking pass to enter the garage.

* Parking passes must include the condo number and reservation dates.

* Reservation confirmations or screenshots will NOT be accepted in place of parking passes.

* The indoor pool area is currently under renovation and is expected to reopen around September 2026.

* Renovations include repairs, upgrades, new flooring, ceiling work, and drainage improvements.

* Outdoor amenities remain available during this time.

* Beach Colony is continuing major property improvements throughout 2026, including indoor pool renovations and upcoming parking deck repairs.

* Work is being completed in phases to minimize guest disruption.

* Guests are encouraged to report suspicious activity or disturbances to the front desk immediately.

* Quiet hours and resort rules are enforced for everyone’s comfort and safety.

The condo includes air conditioning and heating, in-unit washer and dryer, WiFi, and a TV for relaxed evenings indoors. A private entrance, elevator access, self check-in with a smart lock, and free parking on premises and on the street add ease to arrival and daily outings. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Situated in the center of Myrtle Beach, SC, this condo boasts a prime location. It's just a short walk from key attractions and right in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Only a brief drive away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park, The Boardwalk, and Splashes Water Park. This great location is close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. It's conveniently located within 3 miles of the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, 3.5 miles from the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and only a few minutes by car to Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. You can easily reach Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium. Many popular attractions, dining options, golf courses, and shopping venues are just a short drive from here.

Other Things to Note:

This condo is privately owned; please treat it like your own home. Access is via a coded lock, eliminating the need to check in at the front desk. You'll receive the code on your arrival day in the welcome email, allowing you to skip the long check-in lines.



Your stay provides bedding, towels, and washcloths, along with STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
