Great stay!

Stayed for a week for an end of year family vacation, view was amazing! Larry was an excellent host, had a small issue with a tv in one of our kids rooms, wanted to use it for white noise, Larry was amazing and had it fixed immediately. Property is beach front and it was never crowded, access to the pool on the property and the property next door was a game changer. We will attempt to book this property anytime we are in MB first! Thank you sir!

Family vacation

It is great venue but dryer did not work we had to be there due to grandchildren napping. Ice maker broken as well as disposal electric connection did not work. Owner worked through this with us but it was our vacation and we addressed every entry from installers etc.

Excellent

This property is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous oceanfront views! The balcony space is very large with enough space for everyone. The inside is also very large for family to gather around. We will definitely be returning!

Lovely oceanfront condo

We’ve stayed at Kingston Plantation for years and have rented in Margate Tower before. Loved, loved, loved this condo! Beautiful oceanfront condo, so comfortable, lots of room and everything we needed for meals. Would stay again!

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We were my boyfriend, my mom, my mom's best friend, my son, and four of his friends (16 to 17 years old). We had plenty of room, and the condo was decorated beautifully. I like the Margate building and the front desk staff. Another great feature is that there is a warm pool and a cold pool. Thank you, Larry, for letting us stay in your condo for our vacation.

Best place to stay!

This is our favorite out of many different rentals we've stayed in. It has absolutely everything you could need and the most beautiful view from the huge balcony. The whole gated community is so quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The pictures of the rental do it no justice as to just how nice and clean it is. Being so close to the Apache pier was awesome, its great to walk on, fish, grab ice cream, and get cute inexpensive souvenirs. I could go on and on, this rental and the whole area is just great.

Girls together finally

This was a beautiful place to stay. The beds very comfortable and the layout was fantastic. Me and my coworkers enjoyed the quietness, large living room, and a nice kitchen to cook in. This will not be my last time to stay here. I highly recommend it if you are looking for quietness and a large area for everyone to be apart of conversations. For me I say it’s a 5 star stay.

Kingston Plantation - Margate tower

This property is located on the 15th floor overlooking the Atlantic Ocean offering amazing views. The property was very nicely furnished and the kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Very Nice Family Location

The condo is much larger than other similar units that I have stayed in around the area and the layout was very open. There is an excellent view of the ocean and tons of balcony space. A large number of the units are owner occupied, so the beach is also much less crowded than other similarly sized facilities. I would gladly stay in this unit again.

Awesome beachfront condo

This was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Myrtle Beach to play golf. Very convenient location for easily getting to golf courses and out each night for dinner. Only thing to know upfront -- it is tricky to get an Uber or Lyft to navigate properly to the condo building so be prepared to walk drivers through the directions as the apps send them to some back alley that is locked!

There can’t be anything better in Myrtle Beach than this condo

This condo is everything you see in the photos and more! We were in town with another couple for our sons college baseball spring training trip and stayed a week in this home. We have been using VRBO for nearly 20 years and have stayed at some great places, and I would put this condo at the top of our list for nicest places. Larry was really great to work with. Easy to communicate with prior to the trip, and extremely accommodating. There were only 4 of us in the condo, but this would be a great place for 4 couples! Lots of space, beautiful views of the ocean and the condo was huge. All of the furniture was comfortable and in great condition. The building and grounds were well kept, clean and easy to navigate. A hidden gem within the neighborhood is a little bar/grill called Spanky’s. Fun little place to grab lunch nearby. If you are looking for a nice place to vacation in Myrtle Beach, I think you would be hard pressed to find a better condo!! We will be back, thank you Larry for making our stay so easy, comfortable and fun.

Fantastic condo!

This was a girls trip. The condo was perfect, clean, quiet, right on the beach! Has everything we needed including a washer and dryer! The host was amazing, helpful and quick with response time. Would totally recommend and stay again!!

Wonderful condo, feels more like a home

Larry was very responsive to questions. The condo was even more beautiful than the pictures. It felt so cozy for our November stay. While we couldn’t too much time on the beach (because it was chilly!) we could enjoy panoramic views from the condo. Highly recommend this property.
