This spacious, newly renovated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is nestled on 1 private acre along Ole’ River, with a private dock, stunning sunset views, and just a 5-minute walk or 1-minute ride to the beach.
Ideal for families, boaters, or large groups, this home comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests. Whether you're grilling on the back patio, watching the sunset from the dock, or kicking back in the game room, this is where memories are made. Tie up your boats and water toys to the dock equipped with water and power.

Premier Vacation Group focuses only on luxury homes in Perdido Key. Perdido (Lost) Key is a barrier island on the northwestern tip of Florida. The Key is mostly made up of a state park, so it's not overpopulated. You won't find any hotels or an overbuilt beach community in Perdido Key. It's a quieter island that is a close drive to anything you could want to do in the neighboring communities of Pensacola, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, or Foley. Once you stay in Perdido Key, you'll want to make it your permanent beach destination.
