Welcome to your perfect getaway! This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome offers comfort, convenience and a prime location to all North Myrtle Beach, Cherry Grove and the Little River area have to offer.
* First floor master suite with king bed, TV and private bath.
* Two second floor beds each with two queen beds, TV's and en-suite full bath.
*Dining for 8 inside
*Additional dining outside. Private porch.
* Gas grill
* Washer and dryer
*Access to community pool and tennis courts.
House rules:
* 2 parking spots provided. Additional parking for one vehicle across the parking lot at the pool.
* Must be 25 and older to reserve. Families welcome! All guests except for parents and their children must be 25 and older.
* No events or parties
* No motorcycles, company vehicles or trailers
* Quiet time is from 10pm-7am
* No pets allowed at this time.
Close to great restaurants, shopping, entertainment, Cherry Grove and North Myrle Beaches, golf courses and the waterfront of Little River.
