This cottage was decorated so adorably and made us feel so comfortable. Close to the beach ( and free parking was awesome ! ) and close to shops and restaurants.We enjoyed exploring the area and found great places in several nearby towns. We hope to make this a routine vacation place !

Clean and convenient

The house was very clean. They have lots of beach equipment for guests to use which was nice. And the house is only a couple minutes from the pier which is a huge plus. They provide parking pass for the pier which I loved.

We took a chance and it paid off.

Our family takes a beach trip every year and we always stayed in the same house. This year we decided to change it up and stay in Sunset and it was worth it. The kids loved all the flamingos and the outside shower helped so much with sand from the beach.

Cozy cottage -great location

Cottage located in a quiet neighborhood located just a mile from the bridge to cross over to Sunset Beach. They provide a parking pass so you have a great place to park at the beach. Cottage is close to a grocery store and about 6 miles from Calabash where there are lots of great places to eat.

3rd time staying here

You will not find a cleaner, more well stocked and thoughtful owner! We absolutely love to stay here. The beds are comfortable, you get a pass to park at the pier that’s only steps from the ocean. In a nice quiet neighborhood. I definitely was not ready to go home AT ALL!! I could stay there indefinitely!

Family time

We enjoyed the few days we were able to go to the beach. The house was perfect for our family vacation. Hurricane Debby shortened our beach week. Randy & Lynn were wonderful to work with. Paula stopped by and talked with my husband and she was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely keep this house on our vacation list for the future.

Perfect cottage at Sunset Beach equipped with everything needed

Very nice beach cottage with great kitchen, it was clean but be aware there is no cleaning service, you are expected to clean before leaving. We definitely left it cleaner than when we arrived. The price is very good for such a nice home, we would stay there again if visiting sunset beach.

This is a charming home a very short distance from the beach. It has everything you could possibly need and more including a great space for your fur babies. It was quiet and comfortable and I would definitely recommend it if staying on the oceanfront is not a must for you. Sunset Beach is a beautiful little town. I tried to do different places each year but if I ever go back to Sunset Beach I would stay here again. The owners are very friendly and easy to work with.

Great peaceful vacation

We stayed 1 week at this lovely cottage. Everything you need for beach fun & enjoyment was provided at the cottage. There were books, puzzles & other things to do if you didn’t want to go shopping on a rainy day. We had easy access to the beach and many great places to eat in Sunset Beach, Calabash, Ocean Isle and Myrtle Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable Cottage

This property is located just close enough to Myrtle Beach to be able to enjoy time there but far enough away so that you are not inundated with tourists. It sits on a very nice, quiet circle where you can enjoy nice walks outdoors, sit on the enclosed porch or relax outback in the fenced in yard. The hosts were very accommodating in our request to bring our larger dog with us. The property included ALL of the amenities to enjoy a nice, relaxing time away from home. There were several games, puzzles, books and outdoor games available to keep the grandchildren occupied. There is a pier pass to Sunset Beach which is only a 5 minute - maybe - drive away. This was by far one of the best and most relaxing vacations we have ever had! We can not thank Randy and Lynn enough for opening their home to us. We will definitely be back!! Roger, Tina and family

A Favorite Place

We have stayed here two times. Well maintained and comfortable house stocked with everything for bathrooms, kitchen, laundry and cleaning!! Quiet neighborhood close to Sunset roundabout. Pets are allowed, which we love. We have always found the house clean. Very helpful owners and easy to reach. Always our first choice when available! A pretty green cottage!

Quiet; Well Furnished; Owner Quick to Respond to Questions

Very quiet neighborhood. Cottage well supplied with just about everything. TV and internet were very good. Close to the beach. Food Lion close; Lowes and Publix in Ocean Isle Beach not too far away. Clean up before we left was easy since we kept cleaning up after each meal and when someone visited. We were able to bring a small dog and he was happy there. Thank you Randy for making your cottage available to us.

Delighful "Cottage"

We were looking for a place to spend a few days around Valentine's that would also allow pets. We found this delightful "Coastal Cottage" that fit the bill perfectly! It was clean, warm and homey, in a quiet neighborhood, close to all the things we enjoy about the Sunset Beach area. Oh, and the hosts we're so easy to work with and accommodating. We WILL visit again.

Cute house but watch out for the mosquitos!

Very close to everything and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. My dog was very comfortable there and loved the fenced in back area. But the mosquitos! Spray before walking and bring Quit Itch stuff because you'll still get bit. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, and my brother loved the cable TV!

Best beach house & location I've experienced!

This attractive and endearing home welcomes you to Sunset Beach community. The neighborhood is beautiful and fun to explore by walking or cycling and the island is a short drive across the bridge. Best of both worlds. Clean, well equipped and looked after. Definitely want to return!

Fabulous Cottage & Host!!!

Beautiful, clean, close to not only Sunset Beach but Ocean Isle, Holden and Cherry Grove Beaches. Was so impressed with how well stocked the residence was, there were cleaning supplies, extra paper towels, toilet paper, coffee maker, dishes, pans, everything you need! Communication with the host was amazing, they were so helpful and very kind. Would definitely recommend this beautiful cottage and will most definitely be coming back! Thank you so much for sharing your cottage!

Great Beach location.

First time at the beach in North Carolina. Enjoyed the location. I would stay there again. The house is in great shape and many amenities are provided. Close to great restaurants and amusements for the kids.

THE COTTAGE WILL SURPRISE YOU....IT LOOKS SMALL UNTIL YOU ENTER INTO THE GREAT ROOM AND THEN YOU DISCOVER HOW A SPLIT FLOOR-PLAN WORKS. IT IS A SMALL COTTAGE CLOSE TO THE BEACH, LOCATED OFF THE ISLAND. THE LOCATION IS QUIET AND CONVENIENT AND THIS MAKES THE COTTAGE A GREAT VACATION VALUE.
