The back door issue was reported to us, and we promptly arranged for a handyman to come out that same evening to address it\. We always make an effort to respond quickly when concerns are brought to our attention\. Regarding the AC, we understand how important a comfortable temperature is, especially during the Texas heat\. We were not made aware of any ongoing cooling issues during your stay, as we would have gladly looked into them\.
