Property was wonderful and had everything we needed from bedding to beach towels. Spectacular condo to accommodate 7 of us sleeping and extras for an afternoon party to celebrate a 90th birthday party. Beautiful balcony, 2 outdoor pools, hot tub and exercise room that we used. The kitchen had everything we needed plus a lot of extras. The open area gave us plenty of seating. So thankful for this spectacular find and would definitely stay here again.

Myself and a couple girl friends just got back from a great trip to this condo. We had a great time. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We especially liked the roomy balcony and spent a lot of time sitting out there enjoying the great view. We definitely hope to be back soon.Adele, the property manager, was great to work with and answered all of my questions.Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Everything about this stay was wonderful. Communication was superb. Condo was very clean, awesome views and great location. We will definitely be back!

The condo was great with more than plenty of space for our group. The views outside were spectacular! Check-in was a breeze and the communication was great, really appreciated having a local host nearby to answer any questions. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty linens and beach gear. Will definitely book again for any future trips to the Daytona Beach area!!

We had the best time with the best views from our beautiful condo! We were coming to the beach with several other families all staying in other units. We wanted to all eat together and hang out in the afternoons! This unit was absolutely perfect and accommodated that need perfectly! So many memories were made teaching the grandkids cards around the dining table. Everything was accessible, clean and cozy! We could not have asked for a better experience from checkin to checkout.

Support from owner/property is superb. The unit is great and the property is excellent. Kitchen well stocked. The property seems to have more permanent owners there and so it does not have a "rental" feel there which we appreciated. Highly recommend

I'm so glad I found this listing. The view is spectacular, the condo itself is fantastic. I was thrilled to find it came with beach gear to use too. The hosts were very responsive.

This property is fantastic. Felt like home from the minute we walked in. Well appointed, had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Lots of space. Overall property is awesome, outdoor and indoor pools, hot tubs. Owners provide chairs and boogie boards for the beach. Property manager was available and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again!

The host was welcoming and reached out to us a couple times during our 7 night stay to make sure everything was great. Our family found the condo pleasant, in a safe location, and great for our needs. The beach views are fantastic. We enjoyed wonderful sunny weather in the 70s in December during our stay. We were able to enjoy the outdoor pool and hot tub. The pool was quite warm and the hot tub 104! The condo offered ample space and appears just as the photos show. There is plenty of kitchen dishes and pots & pans. Our family enjoyed spending Christmas here and we would recommend this condo to anyone looking to visit the area.

Beautiful oceanfront view; awesome to wake up to the sounds of waves rolling onto the beach. Condo was spacious, overall clean, and well-equipped. St. Marteen is a great location on the beach; walked to dinner a couple times as well as miniature golf. Easy drive to all attractions in Daytona Beach area. The common area and library on 1st floor was very useful to conduct some business calls to avoid disturbing the family.The couch chairs in family room were quite worn and carpet probably needs to be replaced. We had challenges operating the family room TV as well as overhead ceiling fan; also, the thermostat would auto re-set, requiring us to continuously change to desired setting. We would have benefited to have more clear instructions for these various components. The property manager was able to get back to us the next morning with instructions to unplug and re-boot all of the TV/cable boxes, which eventually fixed that issue.Overall, we would consider staying here again, especially with some updates to family room furniture/carpet.
