The closet beach entrance to this home right across the street is at Sun Splash Park. It's only a 5 minute walk from the house until your toes are in the sand! This popular handicapped accessible park has 162 parking spaces, restrooms, showers, a freshwater splash pad, picnic pavilions, playgrounds and over 600’ of direct beachfront access. Located within a 5 minute walk from the home is also a Pizza Hut, Landshark Bar and Grill, and Crabby's Oceanside. This home is also only 3 blocks away (7-10 minute walk) from famous International Speedway Blvd which hosts many bars, nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. Only a 1 minute drive away and less than a mile is the Daytona Ocean Center, Daytona Boardwalk, and the Daytona Main Street Pier! Parking there can be overwhelming in peak times of year so having the ability to walk to these activities less than a mile away makes your trip truly stress-free! Just a 3 minute drive from the home is Daytona's Waterpark, Daytona Lagoon as well as Ocean Walk and the Daytona Bandshell. You can't beat the location of Mermaid Manor!

As you step into the home you’ll be greeted by a bright family room completed by relaxing furnishings and a flat-screen television. Adjacent to the family room is the kitchen that comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Just off the kitchen is a dining area to serve up a family meal. Near the kitchen is a full bathroom and washer/dryer for added convenience during your stay.

From the dining area you can step into a vibrant, air-conditioned sun room, also known as a Florida room in these parts! Furnished with Margaritaville décor and vibrantly colored, this room is the perfect spot to enjoy the Florida atmosphere without having to leave the AC. From the Florida room, head outside to take in the gorgeous Florida sunshine! An outdoor dining set greet as you head outside. Further into the fenced backyard you'll find fun, fish-shaped Adirondack chairs sitting on a paved circle. Venture further into the backyard to find Life Guard chairs allowing you to relax and breath in the ocean air.

Heading back into the house you'll find the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms offering you a peaceful reprieve after a day of fun in the sun. All bedrooms include a mounted television. The primary bedroom has spacious accommodations boasting a king bed with an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom holds a queen bed while the third bedroom holds two twin beds. Between the two guest bedrooms is a full bathroom which includes a tub/shower combo.

Please note there are only 2 parking spaces available for this home in the driveway and there is no garage. Trailers and recreational vehicles cannot be parked on-site but we can refer you to an off-site parking company. There is one exterior security camera facing outward on the front entrance of the home. All of the televisions are new, Smart TV models so they do not include cable. However, you are free to use any of your own streaming platforms on the televisions. This home is located on a drivable portion of the beach so you can drive your vehicle onto the beach instead of walking if you prefer. The hot tub shown in the photos is not operable or available for guest use.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
