Our family of 9 ages 3 to 81 enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Generous room for all. Kids loved the pool even on some cold December days. And Nana enjoyed watching them play from the warmth of the downstairs den. Convenient location and very well stocked home.

AMAZING HOUSE

We traveled here to celebrate my husband’s 40th Birthday and had an amazing time! The house was gorgeous and clean and had everything you need. Great pool and expansive kitchen. Stay here and you will never be disappointed! Cannot wait to come back!

A multi generational memory catcher

A gift of a property in a magical spot for all the family. We spent an August week here with three generations of our family. There is a bounty of carefully curated, generous space both inside and out. Views out to the ocean across the dunes, sunset, sunrise and an easy stroll to the beach (trolley, beach chairs, toys all catered for). Incredibly thoughtful, and beautifully designed interiors - attention to detail is superb and ensures a calm, serene atmosphere. Super comfortable king size beds in all rooms (other than the kids room - which had large bunk beds which they loved) with gorgeous bathrooms. There is something for everyone, including tvs galore (cleverly disguised as artwork) with Xbox’s available (kids were very happy), board games and weights to get some exercise in. Lots to play with outside - comfortable sun loungers, many shaded options, a sun-drenched pool area, a putting green and a fire pit - s’mores anyone? Super conveniently located for broader Oak Island exploring, it is also primed for Caswell Beach, Southport and Bald Head Island. Very private location, even the beach area was less crowded near the house. We are very grateful for the time we had at this property, its charm, and natural ability to lend itself to such wonderful memories. Could not recommend it highly enough. It has everything you can possibly need and more. Very spoiling. We hope to come back next year!

Serene Oasis is stunning!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Perfect Beach House Getaway! We just wrapped up an incredible week at this stunning beach house and couldn’t be happier with our choice. Every detail exceeded our expectations. The interior design is absolutely impeccable - thoughtfully curated with a sophisticated coastal aesthetic that feels both luxurious and welcoming. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and spacious enough for multiple people to cook together without getting in each other’s way. The elegant dinnerware and serving pieces made our family meals feel like special occasions every night. But the real showstopper is the incredible rooftop deck. The views are simply breathtaking, and I started each morning with yoga up there watching the sunrise over the ocean - pure magic! The rooftop quickly became our favorite gathering spot for evening cocktails and stargazing. Speaking of gathering spaces, this house truly shines in offering multiple comfortable areas for groups of all sizes. Whether we wanted intimate conversations on the charming porch swing or larger group gatherings, there was always the perfect spot both inside and outside. The king beds were very spacious and comfortable - we all slept like babies every night. Each bedroom features its own spacious, luxurious bathroom that feels like a private spa retreat. The attention to detail in these bathrooms is incredible, with high-end fixtures, beautiful tilework, and plenty of space to get ready without feeling cramped. Having dedicated bathrooms for each bedroom made our group stay so much more comfortable and convenient. The elevated pool area with its beach views provided the perfect afternoon retreat, and our college-age son was thrilled to discover Xbox Live for those occasional rainy moments. This property perfectly balances luxury with comfort and offers something special for every member of the family. We’re already planning our return visit next year. Highly recommend to anyone seeking an unforgettable beach house experience!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
