Perfect long weekend!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Ramsgate Harbour. The unit was beautifully remodeled and **exceptionally clean**! As a mom, I appreciated having a full size washer and dryer for our laundry. This unit is great for families because there’s only one set of stairs separating you from parking/beach level. No waiting for elevators, navigating crowded parking garages, etc. We love this end of the beach, and we will definitely recommend this unit to family and friends!

Fantastic Beach Trip

We were incredibly happy with this place! It was excellent for our four night getaway with grandchildren (ages 6 and 4). The place is very nice, but homey enough so that we felt comfortable. The views were fabulous and this property is close to everything we wanted.

Condo was nice but in a bad location

I've stayed at Ramsgate for years (since 1991). Parking has become an issue, also no property manager on site to resolve problems. I called your office and left a message for a call back, never got one. Sent a photo of a broken window, again no response. .

Excellent Choice

This property is located right at the beach. Had both a pool area and the beach, which was seconds away. Room was perfect - nice living area with 4K TV. Good internet. Bedrooms with nice TV and ample storage. Recommended.

Great location, responsive property management

Two minor issues on the night of our arrival and the next morning. Both requests for service were responded to immediately through email and text. I even received a follow up call. The location cannot be beat for convenience with Publix and CVS very close by, and restaurants and shops in Rosemary are just a few minutes drive. Most importantly, the beach is not crowded so there is no competing for space. The property is old-school, but well maintained. The unit is pleasant, no frills, but all the basics covered. We appreciated the new appliances.

Updated Condo with great location

Unit was updated and very convenient to the beach and grocery stores. I enjoyed having access to the beach and being able to spread out and have enough space for our family. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun in the sun!

Peaceful, quiet and great location to enjoy some time with friends and family. Within minutes of 30A shops and restaurants, to the west, and walking distance east to pier park. Condo has great views of both the beach and pool facility .

Relaxing Retreat

This condo is in a great location that is family friendly! Everything in the unit was comfortable, clean, and toddler proof. The view is amazing. I loved having my morning coffee outside with the relaxing waves hitting the easy to access beach. The pool is shallow so it's great for kids and there's plenty of parking. The condo is in a quiet location and within an easy distance to all of the Panama City Beach attractions. I definitely recommend this unit and see my family staying here again!
