気になった点 : チェックイン、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This was not the property made available to us. We contracted for a 2-bedroom spacious apt. We received a one bedroom apt, with a broken sofa and uncomfortable sofa. There was not room for 4 persons whcih is what i contracted for. The host did not notify me in advance about the mechanical issues in the original apt. I found out when we entered the apt at 8:30. p.m. The host should have notified me as soon as they knew that they did not have accommodations for 4 people as originally contracted and offered to refund my money.
