Our listing is composed of 2 SEPARATE condo units in the SAME Tower 4 in Grass Residences but in different floors (34th and 36th), just elevator away.
Your group has full access to both condo units but maximum of 4 occupants in each of the condo unit has to be observed. It is best for big family or friends getaway without leaving Metro Manila.
