Charming 1-bedroom house in Rathdrum with WiFi

Unwind in Rathdrum at this quaint 1925 house which used to be a cafe in the 1950's. This gated & beautiful park-like property features 1 bedroom with a king bed, a cozy living room with 2 twin beds--rollaway type, and a bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy WiFi and heating during their stay. We think our place will help you experience everything Rathdrum has to offer.

Additional features: BBQ, pergola with picnic table, large kitchen, fireplace, firepit, shade trees, dining room, sitting room.

Location is central to area attractions: Silverwood, Triple Play, golf, rivers, mountains, Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, parks.

Thank you for your inquiry. I want to make sure you are comfortable with the arrangements. This has been our family home and I think you will love it. It is a peaceful setting on several acres and not too far from Silverwood up to the North. Our son lives on this large acreage property (as a tenant caretaker/handyman) in a detached shop with a separate driveway--please see hand-drawn site map in pictures. He is helpful to have onsite regarding maintenance and upkeep of the home and property. The home and property you will stay in is divided between North and South by a locked door, a thick wall (as if a duplex) and a fence; and while our son is a tenant who sleeps in the detached shop building rooms, he comes and uses the separated quarters bathroom and laundry on the divided South side of the home you will stay in (which is an entirely separate entrance and space from your private quarters). This bathroom and laundry area is on the South side of the home to which you will not have access and is a separate private area (like a duplex). I am happy to accept your inquiry should you find this acceptable please state so when requesting to book.

Two portable window room a/c are installed during hot weather.

Nearest laundrymat is in Rathdrum hwy 53 Dashco/Conoco about 8 min. to West.

Kitchen was set up for home-brewing beer and entertaining. Has triple deep sink, no dishwasher. Two Samsung gas ovens w/ cooktops.

Awesome place to stay. It has more space than I imagined from the pictures. The kitchen was awesome for prepping food and there was a fancy rain shower head in the shower that was a pleasant surprise.My son loved playing with the neighbor kitty that kept coming around to say hi. The kids had lots of fun on the place structures in the yard and watching the wild turkeys that came by a few times.

We needed a place to stay and be able to cook for a party we would be attending and never dreamed we would find a place this perfect!!! We were able to prepare everything we needed to in the practically commercial grade kitchen. The owner was very responsive to my multiple inquiries. The bed was very comfortable and the surroundings were peaceful. Would definitely return!
