The Space:

Experience the perfect blend of comfort and adventure in this charming two bedroom two bathroom home located on peaceful acreage near downtown Spirit Lake. The interior features an inviting open layout designed for relaxation with two private bedrooms each furnished with a king bed and a living room that includes a sofa bed for additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation while the dedicated dining area provides a comfortable space for shared meals. Outside you will find a sprawling backyard perfect for entertaining with a fire pit area for evening gatherings and plenty of room for outdoor activities. Guests have access to a private laundry room and all the essentials for a stress free stay including beach gear for local lake excursions. This single level home is ideal for families and groups looking for a private retreat that remains close to local dining shopping and attractions like Silverwood Theme Park.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire single level house and the surrounding outdoor acreage. Your stay includes exclusive use of the backyard, the fire pit area, the outdoor bar, and the dedicated yard game space. You are also welcome to use the provided parking areas on the premises. Inside, you will enjoy two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry room. We provide beach toys and a wagon for your convenience, and you are encouraged to enjoy all outdoor amenities throughout your visit.

Located in the heart of Spirit Lake, this home offers the perfect balance of peaceful country living and convenient access to town. Guests are just minutes from local dining, shops, public beach access, parks, and outdoor recreation. Spend your days exploring the lake, hiking nearby trails, or visiting Silverwood Theme Park just a short drive away. The area is known for its friendly small-town atmosphere, beautiful scenery, and endless opportunities for year-round adventure.



Getting Around:

We highly recommend having a vehicle to fully enjoy the beauty of North Idaho and explore the surrounding region at your own pace. While many of the charming shops, local dining spots, parks, and beach access areas in downtown Spirit Lake are conveniently within walking distance of the home, a car provides the best access to nearby attractions. Guests are just a short drive from the excitement of Silverwood Theme Park, the vibrant city of Coeur d'Alene, and endless opportunities for hiking, boating, and outdoor recreation. For your convenience, we provide complimentary on-site parking for all guests throughout their stay.



Other Things to Note:

You truly cannot beat this location. The home sits on acreage, so you may see local wildlife from time to time. We provide beach toys, a wagon, and outdoor games for your enjoyment; we kindly ask that these are returned in good condition after use. Free parking is available on-site. We are located just minutes from downtown Spirit Lake, public beach access, hiking, and Silverwood Theme Park. The living room features a sofa bed for additional guests. Please note our check-in time is 16:00 and check-out is 11:00. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 08:00. Please do not use the indoor fireplace without prior approval. You are welcome to use the outdoor fire pit unless there is a burn ban in effect. Winter guests should be prepared for possible snow and seasonal road conditions. Pets are welcome, though additional charges may apply. The online and description does not do the property justice. We had a very relaxing stay. The property was beautiful and close to a lot of places to go and see. The host made you feel at home and answered any questions you had. When we come back to this area we will be looking to stay here again.

Loved this home for our family Silverwood trip. Such a cute quiet town with yummy restaurants close by or a quick drive for other options. The home was well stocked with little necessities and toiletries. Outside yard space was a dream and fun for kiddos. Spirit Lake nearby gave us the opportunity for a lake day and paddleboarding. Host was so kind and helped with all our questions. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The host was easy to contact for any questions, and the house was set up in a warm and welcoming way. The electric stove/oven was a little harder to use as we are used to a gas range, but overall, it worked out well. We would highly recommend this place to everyone!

House is cute & a great place for short stay. Both toilets didn’t work, the host was able to get a plumber for next day. Very thankful for that! Coffee maker doesn’t work, just dumps coffee grounds all over. Oven took 2.5hrs to cook frozen pizza, it never hit 400 degrees. After a long day at Silverwood feeding kids at 11pm was not in my plans. The light switch to the left of the sink is actually what turns on the dishwasher(who would know, this needs a sign) Honestly the place is great if they fixed these pretty important details! I would stay again but these made it pretty annoying.

We really enjoyed the property. You have done a nice job. One recommendation would be to stock some of those roaster skewers for roasting marshmallows. Loved the fire pit! Might consider central air or wall units in the bedrooms, but it wasn't bad.

Location was great - walking distance to coffee/ice cream shop and grocery, and 20 min to Silverwood Theme Park. We travelled with our kids for a short trip.Home had a collection of outdoor activities, but many were missing pieces - not a big deal, but probably not worth calling out as an amenity. The backyard was huge and fenced, but there was a large/deep pothole in the middle that we all tripped on multiple times (owner is now aware) - we ended up putting a chair over it after one kid nearly caught their foot in it and twisted an ankle.Inside had been cleaned and the beds/sheets/towels seemed clean; however utensils in the drawer were dirty as were the knives on the wall with food. Our biggest concern was the smoke detector that was hanging open with no batteries.Could be a great home for rentals, but needs someone to walk through it for safety and perhaps a deep cleaning.

As soon as we were notified, we inspected the outdoor games, removed the one game that was missing a piece, and have already ordered a replacement. We also repaired the hole in the backyard to ensure the space is safe for future guests. Regarding cleanliness, we take this very seriously. Every home is professionally cleaned and then inspected through a quality control check before each arrival. During our inspection, we did not observe the dirty utensils or food residue you described, but we have still shared your feedback with our team and completed an additional review to ensure our high standards continue to be met. We also inspected the smoke detector after your stay. It was installed correctly and functioning as intended when we checked it, and we did not find it hanging open or missing batteries. Guest safety is our highest priority, and if there had been an issue, it would have been addressed immediately. We genuinely appreciate feedback that helps us continue improving and have already resolved the items that were brought to our attention. Thank you! We didnt get to utilize all that your home had to offer, but the beds were very comfortable. We had a close encounter with a mountain lion/cougar the first night. We had to chase him out of a tree on the property near the driveway so we could park the trailer. Also, we had to find the wifi password on the back of the modem because the password provided had one too many “1’s”. Thank you for a memory filled experience.

we enjoyed our stay. this is an older home so there’s always some little quirks, but the reason we stayed was location and ease of getting to Silverwood, which it was very easy. It was like an 18 minute drive. It was a quiet neighborhood in a sleepy little town, but had a grocery store and a gas station really close by. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi when we showed up but was able to get in contact and get it fixed that night. was pleasantly surprised that the master bedroom had a sleep number bed so it was pretty comfortable and the second bedroom had a TV which the kids enjoyed. The stove was really slow to preheat, but the fridge was brand new. We didn’t use much of the backyard since we were out and about most of the time. I liked that there wasn’t a lot of checkout procedures just a few reasonable things before we left. We had a great trip!
