Nestled in the charming community of North Palmetto Point along the picturesque Banks Road, this beautifully appointed villa offers the perfect blend of comfort and island elegance.
Accommodating up to 8 guests, the home features full air conditioning, satellite TV, high-speed wireless internet, and a newly renovated kitchen equipped with modern appliances—ensuring all the conveniences of home during your stay.

Just steps away from one of Eleuthera’s most serene pink sand beaches, guests can enjoy a variety of activities including swimming in crystal-clear turquoise waters, snorkeling vibrant coral reefs, kayaking, beachcombing, and relaxing in the sun. Whether you’re lounging on the spacious deck, taking a dip in the pool, or unwinding in the screened lanai, you’ll be treated to gentle sea breezes and breathtaking views.

Please note: An optional pool heating fee of $200 per week applies if you wish to heat the pool during your stay.

We loved everything about this place. It is extremely well equipped, it was a private and peaceful location and a beach with pink sand that is second to none. The hosts were very attentive and did everything they could to make our stay a special one.

My husband and I celebrated our 36th wedding anniversary during our two week stay on vacation at this lovely home. The home is in a great location, was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Hurricane Erin skirted past us the first week and the ocean waves were rough and brought in quite a bit of seaweed, but the trip and location were amazing overall. The beach is very private and more walkable beaches are close by. We are grateful for being allowed to share this little slice of heaven on earth for two weeks.

We had a wonderful vacation at Barefoot Beach Villa! The house was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We spent most of our time outside reading on the deck, splashing in the pool, or snorkeling, kayaking, and walking on the beach. We visited Ten Bay, Twin Cove, and Twin Beaches- all beautiful! We had yummy dinners at Tippy’s and Daddy Joes. The house was perfect for us!

Great place to just chill! House is perfect for families or a group of friends. New owners did some improvements that enhanced our stay. Very clean. Having a generator is a big plus!!

Perfect Private Beach House

5 stars is not enough for this house. It is the perfect private beach vacation house. When I say private, I mean that we didn't see more than 4 people on the beach the entire week. I know a lot of folks say this, but you really can't capture how beautiful the property is until you get there in person. The pool was perfect and overlooks the beach. Howard the caretaker was great and it was nice to have that kind of help available to us. We had a rental car battery die on us and he came right away to help me jump the battery. The house itself is perfect. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the AC units work well, and it was well stocked with essentials like trash bags, dish/laundry detergent, soap/shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels. They have tons of beach towels and tons of snorkel gear. You can literally snorkel around coral heads right off the beach. The little bay that the beach is on is perfect for snorkeling and we spent many days just doing that all day. The palapa on the beach is very large and provides plenty of shade, there were also loungers for the beach, and additional beach chairs in the garage. I will say that if you are looking for a nighttime scene with bars and restaurants, or even daytime shopping, this island is not for you. If you want to have your own private beach paradise for a week and not be bothered with people or anything else, this is the ticket. The new owners/management were easy to work with.

Another great stay at Barefoot

We love this house and the location is amazing. Howard, the house manager, is always helpful and friendly. The beach was beautiful and the weather was perfect. We will return again.
