The apartment accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms, each with a bed dressed in cotton linens. The home is laid out on a single level with no internal stairs, and the building elevator meets accessible dimensions (at least 52 inches deep, doorway at least 32 inches wide). The rooftop pool is available for shared use, offering a refreshing escape in Guadalajara's warm spring climate. A gym is also available in the building.

A note on your stay

This is a long-term-stay-friendly apartment - stays of 28 days or more are welcome. Please note that garbage disposal follows building rules: all waste must be bagged (preferably double-bagged) and placed in the garbage chute located in the service stairwells. Large objects and glass bottles should go directly to the dumpster in Basement 1. Garbage must never be left in the hallways.

1. Mandatory garbage disposal: All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells. It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.

2. Garbage Disposal Requirements: Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double. Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.

3. Liability for damage: Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. There are no parking spaces. Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the lobby. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the door, since it is an electronic gate. Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and to notify your host. *Check In time for reservations made the same day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

Important note: This accommodation does not have air conditioning. The space is naturally ventilated thanks to the local climate. Please keep this in mind before confirming your reservation to ensure it meets your needs.
