Unit K7 is a second-floor, partial-view, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit that feels like a home away from home, complete with a full kitchen, spacious living room, washer and dryer, and two screened lanais. The property offers resort-style amenities, including nearby bike rentals, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball courts, a grilling and picnic area, a sun deck, filtered water and ice station, and a brand-new fitness room.

Soak up the sunshine while enjoying the blue skies, gentle waves, and pristine white sand beaches, known for some of the best shelling in the country. Or unwind in the peace and comfort of Sanibel Island's only screened-in heated outdoor resort pool. Our family loved our stay at Sanibel Arms! The beach was just steps away, and while it was a little crunchy with shell fragments, softer sand was close by also. The condo was clean and had a perfect balance of amenities allowing us to cook for ourselves most nights. The salt water pool and tennis courts were well maintained. Additionally, the staff was extremely accommodating when we had a mix up on our end of the reservation process. Recommend the Sanibel Arms to anyone looking for a beach access and comfortable place that feels like home!
