Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Princeton. This spacious 1-bedroom apartment occupies the entire first floor of a classic duplex, just minutes from campus. Whether you’re visiting for a Princeton University reunion, graduation, or a relaxing getaway, this peaceful, beautifully furnished space offers the perfect blend of comfort and location. Located one block from the Princeton Shopping Center and a short, scenic walk to Nassau Street, Princeton University, and downtown Princeton’s best restaurants, shops, and cafés, you’ll enjoy easy access to everything—without the noise or crowds.

SLEEPING: Bedroom: Queen bed | Living Room: Queen pull out couch; Queen blow up mattress available, upon request.
BEDROOM: Queen bed, nightstands with USB chargers, dresser, closet, full body mirror, direct and private backyard deck access.
LIVING ROOM: Queen pull out couch, workspace, smart TV w/ access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Apple TV, etc.
KITCHEN: Butcher block island w/ seating for two, dishwasher, large pantry, fully equipped with pots and pans, mixing bowls, knife block, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dining utensils, plates, bowls, wine glasses, mugs, and basic cooking essentials (olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, etc.).
DINING AREA: Separate dining table with seating for two; also, convenient workspace.
BATHROOM: 1 full bathroom w/ bathtub and shower, fully equipped with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and plenty of extra face/hand/body towels.
OUTDOOR: Private fenced in backyard/patio with table and seating for 4; back deck accessible through French door from the Bedroom with 4 lounge chairs and table.
GENERAL: Private front door entrance; 900 sq. ft.; Spacious floorplan; High-Speed WiFi (Verizon Fios Gigabit), A/C and heating; Single-story home on first floor of duplex; private back deck w/ 4 outdoor lounge chairs; Chairs and table with large umbrella on backyard patio; Linens, towels, bathroom products provided; Fully-equipped kitchen.
PARKING: There is a designated driveway which can accommodate 2 vehicles. On-street parking is also readily available and free 24/7.

The whole first floor unit and backyard will be yours. There is an entirely private front door entrance, as well as private access to the backyard porch and patio.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This listing is on the first floor of a duplex. Though the entire home has been renovated, it is an older building in a historic part of town, so there is minor potential for noise from upstairs voices and footsteps.
HOUSE RULES
OCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 5 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed to stay inside the space and backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 3 guests, it is expected that only up to 3 people will have access to the apartment and backyard for the duration of the stay.
SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed. Smoking in the backyard or on the property is not permitted.
EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed. This includes gatherings of more than 5 people, not all of whom will be staying the night.
QUIET HOURS: As per Princeton regulations, quiet hours are between 10PM and 8AM. This is a residential neighborhood, so please keep the neighbors in mind.
PARKING: There is a designated driveway which can occupy 2 vehicles. On-street parking is also available and free 24/7.
PLUMBING: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper, as this may cause a serious issue with the plumbing.
DAMAGES: Regular wear and tear is to be expected, but damaged furniture, unwashable stains, and holes in the walls are not. By booking, you acknowledge this point and agree to pay for any damages that may occur during your stay.
PETS: This is a pet friendly home. There is a flat fee of $100 if you do plan on bringing a pet. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to severe allergies.
