This luxury home is perfect for vacations with a large group of up to 26 guests. If the beach is your dog's favorite spot, this beach house is also pet-friendly! Whether it's a trip with friends or a family reunion, Nice N Breezy is sure to provide everything you might need from stunning views, spacious accommodations, and great amenities!

When you first walk into this beach house, you will be greeted by the large kitchen, dining area, living room, master bedroom, and the first guest bedroom. The full-service kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining, with bar area seating and a dining table. Nearby is also a wet bar with an ice maker and wine cooler. The kitchen and dining area are open to the large living room, with ample seating and a flat-screen TV. The master bedroom provides a king bed, a private bath, and balcony access. The first guest bedroom has 2 sets of twin over twin bunks with bathroom access and a sliding glass door opening up to the pool deck.

Venture up the stairs to find 5 more spacious guest bedrooms! The second and third floors have similar layouts, each having 5 guest bedrooms with private baths. On both floors, 4 of the bedrooms have king beds, and 1 has 2 sets of twin over twin bunks. All 3 floors have expansive balconies with gorgeous views facing the beach, and many of the bedrooms have direct access to a balcony.

EVENT POLICY:
* If a property is used for an event, an event fee of $1,500 for additional usage and wear and tear will be added to the normal rental rate. Guest is responsible for informing Prickett Properties, LLC of any events that will be taking place during their stay. The following conditions apply:
- You are responsible for contacting the City of Gulf Shores to obtain and purchase a permit for weddings inside city limits.
- Any gathering over the occupancy limits of the property must receive prior approval from the Owner.
- No more than 50 persons may be on the property for the event and no more than the normal occupancy limit may be in the property at all other times.
- The event must take place outside the home.
- If you contract an outside company to facilitate your event, they must be bonded and insured.
- There must be a plan for adequate sewage and sewage removal on site. (i.e. portable chemical toilets).
- A plan for extra trash/garbage removal from site.
- A plan for parking and shuttle service, if needed.
- A plan in the event of inclement weather.
* If it is discovered that a wedding or other similar event is or has occurred while under this lease agreement, and on which no event fee was paid, the tenant shall be required to pay such fee and pay an additional penalty of $250.00 for such infraction.
