Watch whales in the winter, launch your kite sail or windsurf right outside the condo, or simply relax and soak in the quiet beauty of this tropical paradise. Enjoy the relaxed Maui lifestyle in comfort! This ground floor unit opens directly onto a private lanai with easy access to the beach, pool, and lush landscaped grounds filled with tropical plants. The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy island living at your own pace. To keep you cool during your stay a split air conditioning system is located in the condo!

Okay for relaxing place

Okay place to stay, can not see water view from bedroom. Beach access alright but water is too dark Doesn’t look good for swimming. There are pickleball courts good condition but not for tennis.

Toaster /Toilet

Be careful when making toast. The toaster is all metal and when you make toast the outside of the toaster is so hot that you will burn your hand. When you flush the toilet you have to hold the handle down about 10 seconds in order for it to flush. When

Great location, old unit

Property is in a great location in Kihei. Near beach and drivable to center of Kihei. Property kept in very nice shape. Our unit was very old and in need of repair. No A/C, although not needed this time of year, April. One of the TVs did not work. At night the outside light was right by bedroom window, so room was always brighter than we liked to sleep. The unit was clean even though old. The owners did provide beach chairs and towels, thank you.

Great condo

We would definitely stay here again. It was clean, quiet and convenient. Maybe a little more basic than some units and a beach umbrella would have been nice but overall..no complaints.

Great location on Maui

Very clean and extremely comfortable. We are not overly picky but really look for value in our dollars spent. This condo was a home run. Weather was cool during our stay, so the absence of A/C never became an issue. Seemed like the air circulation was really good though. Easy walk to the beach, groceries and restaurants right down the road. 20 minute drive from OGG airport. Would not hesitate to stay there again (and might next year).

This was a very nice stay

This rental was used for a work trip but I would have gladly stayed here on vacation. The grounds were well-kept, access to the beach was easy, and the unit was well stocked with quality furnishings and appliances. Correspondence was superfast and handled with professionalism. The location is a little north of Kihei so the surroundings are quieter at night (and the sunsets right outside the door are superb). Hard to ask for a better stay for the price.

We would have enjoyed it more if..

We thought that one or two nights in Kihei without air conditioning would be okay, but it was not okay, the bedroom is located in the back of the unit and though there are fans - it is not enough, we woke up in the middle of the night, each night with the sweats and the bed was too soft to our liking. Overall it is a pleasant location near the pool and first floor. Parking was easy. We did not cook.

The location is right in the middle of traveling between the island. The beach is a short strole from back door. Ambience is gentle and can view the west island from the porch. Everything that we didnt think we needed was available and easy to clean up. Wonderful stay

Excellent location

This property was in excellent condition. Quit clean and well apportioned. We enjoyed our visit very much. Even caught a picture of a large sea turtle on the beach. We certainly will book this fine residence on our next trip to Maui.

Clean and spacious

It was very peaceful and relaxing. The room was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked. There wasn't any air conditioning but the location was really breezy right off of the beach.
