この施設について

Oceanside condo, full kitchen, ocean view. Fully renovated 2023

Quiet studio, corner of the concrete building. Deck looks out to the ocean. Upgraded air conditioning. Elevator access to 2nd floor. Beach is a walk over the grass field. Sunny pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, BBQs. Kihei town is a 5 min drive away, plus so many more beaches. Studio is well set up with comfy queen bed and pull out couch for more family/child.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything for 4 guests to prepare meals as needed, including full oven/stove top.
Keypad entry, so no worry about keys. Coin laundry is just a few steps away. Near road so some traffic noise when deck door is open.
Ample and open parking near the unit.
Owner is quite involved in the community and if your stay includes time, we offer ideas in how to volunteer and be a part of the Aloha that is so activated after the fires. We respectfully stay away from the Westside that was affected, yet the rest of the island is in full glory, awaiting your visit!

Great place to stay on vacation with everything you may need to prepare meals. It was a convenient location to explore the island. The bed was super comfortable to sleep in after long days of activities.

The room was very clean and check in was very smooth. The host kept in contact with my prior to check in and made contact information available multiple times. The apartment is in a great location and very cute! We got amazing sunset views and a short drive to the beach.

Margo is a fantastic host and the property was perfect! Everything you need for the perfect beach day is provided in the unit. The beach is close and we even saw a turtle! Highly recommend

This condo had everything my husband and I needed for a good couple of days in Maui. Comfortable bed, option to cook, and the host even threw in things to help with a visit to Maui that would be hard to pack yourself like beach chairs and umbrella. No issues parking. Host was responsive. Central location. I'd recommend this condo.

We had a great stay. It was very nice there were beach chairs and a cooler to use. Property was nice and check in was easy. It had everything needed to grill and cook, including a Keurig.

The property has a view of the ocean and the balcony. This is a second floor unit that is actually more private because it's at the end of the building, with only one adjacent unit on the same floor. The pool and spa are great, and next to them are BBQs to use. With a three minute walk past the pool you're at the beach, which we watched grand sunsets.

This condo was centrally located for all of our adventures.Unfortunately the pool was not heated because they were waiting for a part for the heating unit, but the hot tub was inviting in the evenings.Housekeeping could do a little better in the cleaning of this unit, but cleaning supplies were available, and we used them.All in all a great place to stay to be centrally located.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was centrally located and easy to navigate around.It was comfortable and fit our needs.The electrical outlet was not working in the bathroom and that was a minor inconvenience.Overall would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay! Margo had everything you could need for a stay in a home away from home. Location was great, close to everything but far enough off the beaten path so you’re not killed with local traffic/noise

Great Place to Stay

Great location in Kihei, close to restaurants and the beach! The condo is very comfortable and the owner responded quickly when we had questions. Definitelywould recommend staying here!
