Farmers Supply is the ideal spot to stay in Floyd. Literally, all of the shops, the Farmer’s Market, the Artisan Market and at least a half dozen restaurants are a short walk from your door. Our ground floor unit was spotless and well-equipped with all that we needed. It cost a little more than we typically spend for accommodations, but the convenience of being able to walk to so many places more than made up for the price.

This property was as described. Very clean. It was great that we didn’t have to tackle steps. The kitchen supplies are very, very, basic. A tray or cutting board would be nice additions! We arrived an hour early for check-in. I asked if we could check in at three instead of four. We were told we could for an extra 25. I would definitely stay again at this property. The location is awesome. This was our second stay in this building. The first time was on the second floor.

The apartment is great and right in the middle of Floyd. Tips: There is plenty of free parking behind the Floyd County Courthouse so no need to worry about that. The green space for your pet to relieve themselves is about a block down the road so just plan accordingly for breaks. If you think you want to check in early, you can check in early for a fee but work that out earlier than the day you arrive so that your code can be adjusted to work before 4 pm.
