MOUNTAIN LIFE
▬ Stonehaven Bliss is tucked away in a peaceful, wooded setting—which means you'll be surrounded by the beauty of nature... and all that comes with it! Expect to see bears, some bugs or small critters now and then. This will be true of any property in the Smokies. We keep the property clean, but it’s still nature—keep doors and windows closed and food put away.
▬ Mountain driving: The roads to our cabin are paved and accessible and not too steep. However, in general, a reliable vehicle with good tires is always a plus in the Smokies. In winter, check weather conditions and consider arriving before dark for an easier drive.

1. What Linens are included?
We provide linens for beds, bath towels, pool towels, and washcloths.

2. What household supplies are provided?
We get you started with 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, and hotel size shampoo/conditioner, and shower gel.

3. What does the kitchen include?
The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a blender, toaster, waffle iron, slow cooker, various size pots & pans, a Keurig Duo, and a french press.

4. Do you provide any baby items?
Yes! We provide a highchair, and a pack n’ play.

5. Do you allow pets?
No. Under no circumstances do we allow pets.

6. How does the swim spa work?
Our heated swim spa is perfect for year-round fun! It accommodates up to 12 adults and features relaxing hydrotherapy jets. In the summer, use it as a refreshing plunge pool, or enjoy it warm and cozy like a hot tub in the winter. Turn on the playful fountain feature for extra fun with the kids!

7. Is the price flexible?
We do NOT offer additional discounts, nor do we eliminate or reduce any of the fees. However, stays of 5 nights or longer have an automatic discount built in of 10%.

8. When will I get the cabin access info?
Door code and driving directions will be sent in a separate email after your final payment is made.

9. What time is check-in and check-out?
You may check in any time after 4pm and you must checkout prior to 10am on the day of your departure.

10. Do you provide travel insurance?
No, if cancellation is a concern, we do recommend purchasing your own travel insurance.

11. Do I need 4-wheel drive?
Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive.

12. What type of internet do you provide?
Satellite WiFi
—good for emails, browsing, and streaming. Just not ideal for uploading your entire YouTube vlog. Pro tip: it’s a great excuse to unplug a little.

13. Are there any days where Check-in or Check-out is not permitted?
The only 3 days that we do not allow check-out is Easter Day, Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day.

14. How is cell service?
We are in the mountains so cell service can be spotty in certain parts of the house.

15. Do you have a water softener?
We do have a water softener system in place. The water at the cabin is mineral-rich and completely safe to drink and use. However, some guests still prefer to bring their own bottled water for drinking.
