Enjoy your peaceful family vacation in our bright & spacious waterfront home. Updated 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath home has a large lanai, private heated pool, outdoor furniture W/fire pit, TV, & dock to fish off.

Minutes to 47th St. has bars, restaurants & shops. Short drive to Pine Island/Matlacha, Sanibel, Captiva and Ft. Meyers Beach, Downtown Ft Meyers & Golf Courses.

Home is equipped with everything needed for a stress free vacation including linens, towels, beach & fishing gear.

Highly recommend!

Such a great find in Cape Coral, on the water, pool, clean and spacious! Such a cute vacation rental we will be coming back! Great view for fireworks too!

Everything was very nice. Would definitely recommend and book another stay. Very clean and everything we needed was provided. Host knows what makes a repeat client. Caretaker met us when we arrived and went over everything in the house.

Tolles großes Haus, sauber, gut ausgestattet, super Lage, man kann vom Pool aus die Boote im Kanal beobachten, leise Nachbarschaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ed & I are from the NW side of Chicago. We met in High School, started a business and had 3 Children. They are all married and we have 4 Grandchildren.
We love to travel and have been blessed to travel the globe.
We currently live in the Tampa area.
Years back we purchased a successful vacation rental on Marco Island. Decided we wanted to move on and purchased a vacation rental in beautiful Cape Coral on the water.
We want to share our beautiful home with people that want a peaceful vacation, be close to Ft. Meyers Beach, plenty of things to see and do, golf coarse and with lots of amazing restaurants.

Our property is on one of the largest canals in Cape Coral. In our canals you will see all kinds of sea life. By boat, we are 20 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River which leads to open water.
We are near downtown Ft. Meyers, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel, Island and Captiva.,We have golf courses, beautiful parks, shops and restaurants.
