Everything was accommodating. We love the host for being so responsive. We would definitely book this listing again. Room were clean and we love the tvs and desks in the rooms. And we were surprised with the ice that was provide in the freezer thank you so much for that. One of the best bamg for you buck stay we have ever had. Thabk you so much!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is centrally located 15 to 20 minutes from everything we wanted to see, SeaWorld, the zoo, beaches. We we had a lot of children on the trip and the big downstairs gave them a place to spread out and play. The host was super attentive and accommodated our needs.

Rented for our fantasy football draft. Worked out great for us, loved the space for so many people to do our draft plus all the games are a nice bonus. Suited our needs very well!

The house was nice overall and suited our needs. The TV in the 2nd floor bedroom didn't work. It would shut off each time you tried to do anything on it. We had to lower the AC down to 65 to get it around 72. There was a false eyelash cluster in one of the window frames. The walls and fans were super dusty like they haven't been cleaned in a long time. Also a pile of dust on top of the refrigerator. When you opened the freezer it had a very strong rotten fish smell as if someone left fish in there with the freezer turned off. My 16 year old child found an empty weed joint container in one of the dresser drawers... Anyone who walked barefoot in the house had extremely black feet at the end of the day. Overall the experience was great but maybe hire a better cleaning crew to set it up for the next guests?

I’m glad to hear the home overall suited your needs, but I do want to sincerely apologize for the issues you ran into during your stay. The concerns you mentioned with the TV, AC, cleanliness, and especially the odor in the freezer are definitely not up to our standards, and I take that seriously. I’ve already addressed these with my team so we can make sure everything is properly handled and doesn’t happen again moving forward. The note about the drawer item is also concerning and has been taken care of. I truly appreciate you pointing these things out as it helps me improve the experience for future guests. Great VRBO! We really enjoyed the layout and rooms. You were able to put people upstairs that needed a little privacy while those that wanted to stay involved in activities could stay on the bottom floor. Really nice inclusion of large connect 4, mini foozball, and basketball game. Parking was AMAZING - allowing you to park 4 vehicles easily in the driveway, and maybe 5 if you were ok with blocking in a few vehicles. Host was amazingly responsive - any messages sent were responded within 15 minutes (if not sooner). Highly recommend this location if you have a large party that wants to enjoy Old Town, downtown San Diego, or the Miramar Air Show if in at the end of September.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house has a large open / multi-function space on the main floor that serves as the family room, dining room and game room. The main floor has two bedrooms and two bathroom, one of the bedrooms on this floor has a queen bed and a bunk bed, which our not-quite four year old grand nephew immediately claimed to be his bed.The upper level has three bedrooms, one of them is the master suite. The master bedroom is nice and spacious, the master bath is also spacious, newly renovated and stylish.The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, egg-steamer, coffee and coffee maker, mugs and glasses, air fryer, a food blender (we didn’t use it), cutting boards, cutting knives (but the knives are a bit hard to use, not sharp enough). Also available is a wide range of spices and cooking oils, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Above the washing machines are many extra towels in the cabinet. Ironing board and iron in the master closet. A baby’s highchair is provided in the dining room which we used everyday.The backyard is casual and delightful, our toddler and baby spent a lot of time there, exploring. The driveway is wide and relatively long, plenty of space for parking.The neighborhood is dense but neat and quiet.Above all these, is the excellent communications with the host.Overall, we had a good time in this house. Highly recommend it!

I was looking for a big enough home that would hold ten adults,seven children a total of seventeen. When I saw this home, I thought I was so lucky to find something so spacious. When I got there didn't think much of it got their super late checked in straight to bed. The next day is when we realized how dirty the house was, we were walking around barefoot, and all our feet were all black.We were all outside, relaxing notice how dirty the backyard was spiders, cobwebs everywhere was not well kept. Then it was the host I woke up to a message stating. He was disappointed about the noise monitoring system going off. Of course, the house was gonna be loud.There was roughly seventeen people in there. Then the parking, even though all our cars were parked on the driveway.Host mentioned monitoring the cameras.Felt like we were being spied the whole time. We rented the house to watch a soccer game and UFC fight had games for all the kids.Then charges me extra for having extra people there and having dogs.It was my fault that I had not included the dogs at first , but I was not worried to pay the deposit for the pets. I was not expecting to pay an additional 500 for pets and an extra 400 people, on top of what we had already paid. We left that house inside/outside spotless than what it was before. As much as I liked the house and thought it would be very spacious/cleaner. It was not up to my standards as well as dealing with the host. I will not be staying there again.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood. Also, our house has a stunning view of the sunset from the top-floor bedroom window it’s one of my favorite features of the home.
