Every single bed in the house was broken upon arrival the house was not the cleanliness and needed dusting some of the pots and pans in the kitchen were dirty as well there was stuff left under the beds from not sweeping.

Shaundra, I have pictures where you and your family left our home filthy which I sent the pictures to Vrbo. Also, items were missing and you sent me a message stating that you all accidentally took the towels. In addition, you all tried to get me to offer you all a short-term lease which I have proof of that as well, It took, the cleaners 6 hours straight to disinfect and clean the home. To add, you all smoked, had over 10 guests occupying the home for the entire 15 days you all were there, when the home only accommodates 6 guests. Out of all of my hosting years, I have never had a guest to leave the home in shambles! I cannot believe you left this false review after what your family have put us through!

Please make sure you check the mattresses and pillows on ALL beds! They were ridden with mold and bed bugs. The bed closest to kitchen was broken. The heat only works in the bathroom and hall. House was deplorable and the host made excuses that the previous tenant trashed the place but there was no way they were responsible for this! I hope VRBO goes to the house and verifies things are fixed and replaced.

You and I spoke over the phone because you were requesting to check in early and I explained to you that a guest stayed in the home for 15 days and left our home in terrible condition and the cleaners were in the home for over 6 hours, so that was why you all could not check in early. The guests took one of our pillows cases and replaced it with their own. We have all of the pictures and sent them to Vrbo before you all checked in so they were fully aware of any issues you stated in this review. There is heat all over the home so that statement is not true and there are no evidence of beg bugs. I personally went to the home after you all left and it was not left too clean either. I would love for Vrbo to come and inspect the home which would prove some of your accusations were untrue. In addition, you only reserved the home for 2 guests which it was more and I overlooked it. Out of the kindness of my heart, when you brought these issues to my attention, I spent at least over an hour on the phone with Vrbo, pleading with them to send you half of your refund which they did. The part that bothers me the most, is that you and I spent over an hour on the phone and you never mentioned anything about the heat or bed bug so I feel like because I informed you that the previously guest left the home in terrible condition, you tried to find any reason to get a refund. Although, you are trying to tarnish my business, I still wish you nothing but the best, blessings.🙌🏾 Most importantly, all issues have been resolved!

This is a quiet place. The host answered promptly to our questions and I thank him for everything. However, a deep cleaning is needed and the mattresses need to be changed mainly in the room having 2 small beds. They are bent and one can see some dark spots which could give ideas of bedbugs presence on them. The couch is not well cleaned. The windows are covered of dust which made me cough a lot. Overall we had a good time and I hope the owner will make the necessary changes for the goodness of future tenants.
