I’ll begin by saying we did not reach out while there. We were there for a cheer comp and this was a last min booking after our other rental canceled last min and got in late and we were busy the entire time. The house smelt strongly of marijuana that was trying to be covered up by cleaners and sprays. It was so strong it gave me headache. The bedding was thin and ripped and the coffee pot did not have a lid so it couldn’t be used. The home was very pretty on the inside and it served its purpose but we wouldn’t stay again.

I'm sorry to hear this was your experience. This is the first time I'm hearing this. The home has been a 5 star on Airbnb for a year. I really wish you had reached out and given me a chance to address your concerns. I did talk with the cleaner to have all your concerns addressed. The carpets have been cleaned and home deodorized as well as I've replaced all the linen and provided a new coffee maker

When arriving to the property, The side of the house where the driveway is was COVERED in trash and so many flys, bugs, gnats. The outside of the house looked disgusting and not cleaned at all the stairs were stained and not swept or mopped. The back patio was not swept and had lots of bugs on it. The inside is very accurate the layout is nice, BUT the couch had stains on them and was missing a pillow. The master bedroom after taking the sheets off the bed topper was old and stained. The walls in the master bedroom were FILTHY i had to wipe down myself it was boogers on the walls and blood it looked like not 100% sure. The shower has a window that is not covered where anyone walking or coming up to the house can you showering or in the bathroom if you don’t cover it with the curtain, I just used towels to stack to cover the window that was uncomfortable. The master bedroom barely gets AC but the two other rooms were always freezing cold. Honestly would not stay here again at all, the location was in a very dingy part of downtown not a great location.
