On-site hosts live in a separate guest house and ensure the property stays clean, safe, and ready for your perfect getaway.
This exquisite 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat is thoughtfully designed with relaxation at its core. With a tranquil ambiance throughout, the home offers the ideal setting for unwinding and rejuvenating.
This entire home is yours to enjoy and make your own during your stay. We kindly ask that any locked areas remain undisturbed to ensure everything stays in perfect condition for all guests.
We are always reachable! The owners also live on site on a blocked off section of the house but are available and more than willing to help with anything you need!
Check-in time is 4pm / Check-out time is 11am.

**House Rules**
We have created this house rules sheet to preserve the integrity of your stay and future stays while also respecting the home and neighborhood! Following these rules will greatly help us as Vacation Rental hosts by making sure the home is taken care of during your stay. We understand that people are not a “one size fits all” category, so please reach out to us with any questions or concerns in this document. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!!
Mi casa, tu casa! But you wouldn’t intentionally damage or mess up your home, would you? We ask that you treat our property as if it was your very own as well! Please be aware of the condition of items in the house, and if you happen to notice anything broken when you arrive, please contact us to let us know.
We also ask that you please watch noise levels at night. We love our neighbors! They’re nice, we’re nice to them, and we hope you are nice to them too! Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules.
Check-in
Check-in time is from 4:00pm -12:00am. If you have a late/delayed flight, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you. Early check-ins are available upon request, however please understand that we cannot make any guarantees until the day of or before. If you are interested in an early check in, please reach out to us and we will let you know what the additional cost would be.
Check-out
Check-out time is 11am. Late checkouts are based on availability and an additional fee of $150/per hour. Unless otherwise authorized by us, please give us a 24-hour notice for late checkout requests or if you would like to extend your stay with us. Please keep in mind that we will try our best to accommodate these requests however we cannot make any guarantees that we will be able to honor your request. Any guest who stays after the 11am checkout time without requesting it from us previously or stays despite having their request denied will be charged an additional night’s stay and will be forced to vacate. Should we experience any cancellations or losses in our calendar arising from any check out related complications from you or any guests, you will be charged for the next booking.
*Upon checking out, please make sure that our house looks reasonably neat- just like the way you found it. Although we pride ourselves on cleanliness, we do not expect you to scrub it clean but it must be reasonably “picked up” and furniture placed as it was at check-in.
*Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, washer/ dryer. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
Security
When you leave the property and at night, please make sure all doors are locked and secured. Even though our home is in a safe neighborhood, we take the safety of our guests very seriously. Our security protocol includes 6 outdoor cameras. One in the front of the house, one in the back, 2 on the sides of the property, 1 on the patio, and the doorbell camera.
Please note: These devices are not meant to micro-manage our guests. We do not have time to monitor or watch your every move. It is solely there to monitor any suspicious activity that will trip the alarms and cause us concern. In which case, we will check on the safety of our guests immediately.
Deposit
A security deposit may be required to reserve the home, depending on a few various factors. Please reach out to us prior to booking to find out if we will require one for your stay. The deposit is held to prevent damages/inconveniences from occurring. The deposit will be refunded in the same manner paid provided the following provisions are met:
*No damage is done to the unit or its contents
*No excessive cleaning is required
*No linens are missing, damaged, or excessively stained
*The Occupancy limit of the house is not exceeded at any time unless approved in writing in advance
*There are no police enforcement actions by the City or Homeowners /and there are no violations of house rules as posted in the house.
Any types of damages or inconveniences that occur like the ones listed above will be subject to additional fees.
Items Available Upon Request
The following items may be available upon request but are not guaranteed and must be requested within at least 48 hours in advance: mosquito net, boardgames, children's dinnerware, highchair, outlet covers, pack-n-play, table corners, window guards, bread maker, luggage drop off. Additional charges for certain items may apply.
Identification Required
Must be 25 and up to rent. For security purposes, please upload a copy of your photo ID within 72 hours of booking (if booking in advance) or prior to entering the premises if you have a reservation starting soon to the AIRBNB chat. Please note if this is not provided we reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund.
Locals Booking With Us
If you’re a local or were a local, this information needs to be disclosed to us. Failure to do so can lead to us canceling your reservation without a refund.
Parking
THERE ARE ONLY FIVE PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE ON THE PROPERTY. Our driveway will allow for 5 vehicles parked outside. Please DO NOT PARK on the sidewalk, grass, street, or on any neighbor’s property. Please only park on the driveway. We will not be responsible for any parking tickets, parking boots, or towed vehicles.
Guest Interaction
We are always reachable through the app or phone! The owner of this property also lives on site and is a direct extension of us! He respects people's privacy but if you need any assistance with anything throughout the home, he is there to help! Please keep in mind that we have the right to ask for ID, the credit card used for booking, or other forms of proof of identity and payment. We may also ask guests to present an ID. As long as your guests can confirm trip details, they too can reach out to us with any questions and concerns.
Guest Access
All areas of the property are for guest use unless there is a lock on it. There is a room where the owner lives that is locked and off limits to guests. Please do not tamper with any locks on the property unless we give our permission. All monitoring devices are not to be tampered with. This includes our cameras, noise detection devices, any previous plugged in devices that may be set with a timer for automation purposes, gateway plug-ins, and any of our locked storages/cabinets. Any violation of the above rules can result in immediate termination of your stay.
Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests is 10. However, we may be willing to accommodate additional guests for a fee of $40 per night per guest if we have the proper resources available. We cannot make any guarantees that we will be able to honor your request but please reach out to us prior to booking as we view this on a case-by-case basis.
Parties & Events
While we are all about having a good time, WE STRICTLY PROHIBIT ANY PARTIES OR EVENTS. This is to preserve the quiet neighborhood we’re in. Keep the party for the Las Olas night scene. You can be as loud as you’d like there. Music must be kept to a non-disturbing level during quiet hours and any conversations should be had inside the house, not near the street, front entrance, or even the patio/balcony areas. Please be mindful of the city-wide quiet hours from 10pm-8am and make sure that extra guests leave by 12am. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors or the city. Please understand that any reports or evidence of a party or organized event taking place will be an automatic forfeiture of your stay without a refund as you will be in direct violation of house rules.
Unruly Guests
We want everyone to have a good time in our home, but we have definitely had an experience with a large group that we gave multiple chances to, that still apologized to us and continued to turn around and be a nuisance to the property and our neighbors. Therefore, we have revised our rules to prevent an incident like that from ever repeating itself again.
Please be advised that at the first mention of any complaint, evidence of rule violation, noise disturbance, or any other unruly behavior will result in your FIRST & FINAL WARNING. If necessary, we will dispatch security to relay any warnings or the hosts will contact you directly. Please note that any costs associated with the dispatch of security will be charged to the guest. Upon the SECOND complaint, noise disturbance, or unruly behavior, your entire group will be asked to vacate the property as you are in direct violation of our house rules.
