THE SPACE:
When you enter this gated compound you will experience a serene space to enjoy your time away from home. With expansive grounds and a significant amount of water front this is a boaters dream to watch all of the mega yachts, sailboats, and boats pass by. A brand new heated pool and outdoor space will give you time to hang out with friends and family while you unwind.

The ranch style home has an open floor plan with expansive views of the New River, brand new furnishings, and gorgeous new flooring and bathrooms throughout. This way you can enjoy the property inside and outside!

The kitchen has everything you need, gas stove, dual oven & microwave, dishwasher, drip coffeemaker and french press with complementary coffee & tea. The family room has a flatscreen television, large sectional couch, reading area and the screened in porch is right off the kitchen & living room.

There's plenty of seating for dining and enjoying a home cooked meal all together. The dining area is right off the kitchen with seating for 8, there's seating for 3 at the kitchen island, or dine al fresco on the porch with seating for 8. The outdoor space includes a grill which can be utilized during your stay!

EVENTS: We allow events on property and have hosted weddings, showers, birthdays and more. Events MUST be communicated upon booking with the amount of people attending. There is a per person up-charge (above 10 people allowed in house), adherence to event guidelines/rules is required, VRBO insurance must be purchased for any potential damage, 9pm end time given FLL noise ordinance and a 3 night minimum. No benders allowed :)

OWNERS: As owners we live within the gated property above the detached garage in a mother-in-law apartment. That said, we give our guests the upmost privacy and do not utilize yard or pool while we are hosting. Additionally, our docks have private boats from time to time in which captains & crew can access via a separate side entrance.
