With expansive grounds and a significant amount of waterfront this is a boater’s dream to watch all of the mega yachts, sailboats, and power boats pass by. A brand new heated pool and outdoor space will give you time to hang out with friends and family while you unwind.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
Enjoy all the beautiful outdoor spaces The Oeste Inn has to offer! The dark bottom pool includes a sun platform and bench so you can enjoy your favorite beverage and watch the boats go by. The pool, has a heater so should want it heated, please let us know in advance (24hrs prior) and we can set to a max of 82.

Our backyard is enormous, throw the football, bird and iguana watch, and lounge under our 100yr old banyan trees. There is plenty of space to soak in the views, from the couch or corner nook on the screened in porch, Adirondack chairs around the riverside fire pit, and even the possibility to catch large fish off the dock!

EVENTS:
- We allow events on property & have hosted weddings, showers, birthdays and more.
- Events MUST be communicated upon booking with the amount of people attending.
- There is a per person up-charge (above 10 people allowed in house)
- Adherence to event guidelines is required
- 9pm end time given FLL noise ordinance
- 3 night minimum reservation. No benders allowed :)

DOCKS:
- Boat docks are rented separately.
- If you want to bring your boat, please let us know and we can check availability and there is a per foot up charge.
- If there are yachts on the dock, you may see them being maintained, cleaned, or staff entering during your stay but they do not live aboard.
- There is a private entrance for crew & staff on south side of property.
