Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire property — no shared spaces. Your access includes:
- Full main house (all bedrooms, living areas, chef`s kitchen, and bathrooms)
- Oversized hot tub with vineyard views
- Outdoor fire pit
- Game room with pool table and board games
- Private BBQ grill and custom smokehouse
- Wraparound porch and pergola-covered patio
- 4-car garage and paved driveway
- Two full-hookup RV pads with water and power connections

Self check-in is available via smart lock — your access code will be sent prior to arrival.
Other things to note
For your awareness, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras in outdoor areas only. No cameras are located inside the home. Camera locations are disclosed in the Airbnb app.
Please be respectful of the surrounding hillside community and keep noise levels appropriate during evening and nighttime hours.

CHECK-IN / CHECKOUT
- Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
- Checkout: 10:00 AM or earlier
- Early check-in and late checkout are not guaranteed and must be approved in advance.
GUEST LIMIT
- Maximum occupancy is 12 registered guests.
- All guests must be listed at the time of booking. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property without prior approval.
PARKING
- Up to 4 vehicles may park in the driveway.
- DO NOT PARK ON THE LAWN OR STREET unless otherwise arranged with the host in advance.
NOISE MONITORING
- Noise levels must remain under 80dB at all times during your stay. Our property is equipped with noise monitoring devices.
- If noise issues persist after notification, guests are subject to a $200 fine per subsequent notification.
QUIET HOURS
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- EXCESSIVE NOISE, OUTDOOR AMPLIFIED MUSIC, OR LOUD GATHERINGS DURING QUIET HOURS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
HOT TUB
- The hot tub is for registered guests only; no outside visitors.
- NO GLASS CONTAINERS IN OR NEAR THE HOT TUB.
- Please shower before entering.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or near the hot tub.
- Do not use the hot tub if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have consumed excessive alcohol.
- Do not adjust chemical levels, temperature settings, or tamper with any equipment.
- COVER MUST BE REPLACED ON THE HOT TUB AFTER EVERY USE.
FIRE PIT
- Use the fire pit responsibly and never leave an active fire unattended.
- Fully extinguish the fire before going to bed or leaving the outdoor area.
- NO OPEN FLAMES DURING FIRE BANS OR HIGH WIND ADVISORIES. Check local conditions before use.
- Keep children and pets at a safe distance from the fire at all times.
GAME ROOM
- Please treat the pool table and all game equipment with care.
- DO NOT PLACE FOOD, DRINKS, OR SHARP OBJECTS ON THE POOL TABLE FELT.
- Report any damage to equipment immediately.
SMOKING
- SMOKING AND VAPING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED EVERYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY — inside the home, outside the home, on the patio, in the yard, and on all grounds. This is an absolute no-exception policy.
- Any evidence of smoking or vaping anywhere on the property will result in a $500 fine.
- Cigarette butts, ash, packaging, or any other smoking-related litter found anywhere on the property constitutes evidence of a smoking violation and will result in the same fine.
PET POLICY
- Up to 2 well-behaved pets are welcome. All pets must be registered at the time of booking.
- Pets must be kept on a leash or under control in outdoor areas.
- DO NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED INSIDE THE HOME FOR EXTENDED PERIODS.
- Clean up after your pets — both indoors and outdoors.
- Each unregistered pet found on the property will result in a $200 fine per pet.
- Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage to the property.
KITCHEN & COMMON AREAS
- Please clean up after cooking and leave the kitchen in the condition you found it.
- Please run the dishwasher before checkout if used.
- Do not leave food out overnight.
LAUNDRY
- In-unit washer and dryer are available for guest use.
- Please do not leave laundry unattended for extended periods.
TRASH & RECYCLING
- ALL trash and recycling must be properly sorted and taken down to the designated bins at the bottom of the property before checkout. Do not leave trash bags at the door, on the porch, or anywhere on the grounds.
- Failure to bring trash to the correct bins at the bottom of the property will result in a $100 cleanup and sorting fee charged to the guest.
- LITTERING ON THE PROPERTY IS NOT PERMITTED. Guests found leaving trash, litter, or debris anywhere on the property — indoors or outdoors — will be charged a $100 litter cleanup fee.
DAMAGE POLICY
- Please report any damage or maintenance issues promptly via Airbnb messaging.
- Unreported damage will be paid at the guest`s expense.
EVENTS & PARTIES
- No events, parties, or large gatherings beyond the registered guest count are permitted without prior written approval.
GENERAL
- No illegal activity of any kind is permitted on the property.
