The space

It's homey yet large, 1100 square foot fully-furnished 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo / townhome with 2 king beds, comfy white leather sleeper sofa, office desk area, children’s high chair and more. Pool toys, grill, attached garage, no cleaning fees. It is in a great location close to C-470/I-70/I-25 and so 20-30 minutes from tons of activities. Perfect for singles, couples and families relocating to the Denver area, in the area for temporary work, Lockheed Martin, Red Rocks, Mountains etc. Or just a vacation or while looking to move into a new home. Best suited for 2 adults with 4 children or 4 adults with 2 children as the couch turns into the 3rd sleeping area.

Room 2: The large second bedroom with comfortable king size bed is on the ground floor, has a giant closet and it’s own ensuite bathroom entry (with tub/shower combination) and is shared with the downstairs through a separate Jack-and-Jill style entry.

This is a fully stocked kitchen, with modern appliances and everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!
