We had an excellent stay at Aaron's place. The property was clean, comfortable, quiet, and offered everything we needed for our long weekend in the area. On top of that, it was a super convenient location. Aaron was quick to answer our questions and he made check in and check out easy. We would love to stay here again in the future!!

We needed a place to hole up for a week after my husband's surgery in Littleton, and this worked out perfectly for us. The place was easy to access, comfortable, quiet, and affords a reasonable amount of privacy. It has been recently refurbished and is decorated quite nicely. Amenities such as grocery, great pizza place, Walgreen's, bank, etc., are all about 1-2 minutes away. Traffic on the road in front is minimal - decent neighborhood - and E-470 is only a few minutes away, making it easy to get around to different parts of town. Aaron was always quick to respond when we had a question, and promptly stopped by if needed; he is very friendly and accommodating. We had occasion to chat with someone who had been renting the back of the house for the last two weeks and she also spoke of him quite highly, so there's a second opinion. We'll be back!

We had a great stay at Aaron’s place! It was clean, had all of the essentials, and was the perfect location for our activities. I’d highly recommend this place, and we will definitely return next time we are in Denver!

We were in town to attend a concert at Red Rocks and this place was a great location. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and it was very tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay here again.
