Great place to stay!

The house is in a great location. Minutes away from Torch Lake as well as a boat launch and marina. The house was very clean and accommodating for six people. I definitely would stay again.

Very nice place stay and is extremely close to Torch and all amenities. Beds were very comfortable. We loved sitting outside in the garage area making it easy to play cards and basically lounge around.The host was quick to respond and very accommodating when needed. This place is perfect for 6 adults and a few kiddos in teh garage if need be.

Torch Lake

This property is very clean, spacious, and has everything you would ever need to stay at a place away from home. It is in close proximity of Torch Lake like stated. Will stay here again!

Cousins Trip

We really enjoyed the house. Good location for the sand bar. House was clean, garage area was nice. Kitchen well stocked. Highly recommend if looking for somewhere to stay in the area!

Lovely Honeymoon!

Clean, beautiful property, well stocked, and right next to the lake. This was a perfect honeymoon location for us. Jeff was super responsive before and during our stat and helped us find our way around torch lake. Highly recommend!

Enjoyable stay great host!

House well stocked, very comfortable. Large rooms. But sandbar was within easy driving distance not within easy walking distance.

Stayed here multiple times

Jeff has a wonderful cottage for a jumping off spot to anywhere you want to go in the greater Torch Lake area. We golfed at A-Ga-Ming (beautiful course), we went to Elk Rapids, took boats on Torch, and went to Traverse City. All is just a couple minutes away. The cottage is clean and spacious, Jeff responds to any question within minutes, my family always enjoys staying here.

Great vacation home

Vacation house was incredibly clean, spacious and comfortable. House had everything and more that you can need. Location was a short walk to Torch Lake. We had a phenomenal time & would rebook & refer to friends & family. Only recommendation would be for the main bedrooms mattress get replaced. We always rolled to the middle, due to sagging.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

It was the perfect spot for a family to stay. Had everything we needed in the house and a great grill to cook every day. Close to the lake and close to the sandbar. Video game console in every room with tons of movies(mostly adult humor, but not all). Beds all had a memory foam topper, made them extremely soft. We didn’t end up using the garage bonus space. Even with 6 people, everything was great.

Fun for the 4th

Great place! Nice and clean. Great spot. Only things to improve upon: need sharp knives(the ones provided are pretty dull) and cutting boards. The beds are really really soft. The bathroom shower in the hallway sounds like a tea kettle. But really no complaints! Glad we were able to get this place on Torch for the 4th!

Perfection

The house is in a great quiet neighborhood, the interior was very well stocked. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. There were ampke towels dvds and games etc. Even a bluetooth speaker system in the garage (which doubles as a rec room).

Amazing location

The property was better than I expected. Super chill cool spot. The garage is awesome for hanging out in and only a few minutes from the the boat ramp to go to the sand bar. Would love to stay again thanks

The house was very clean and well stocked. Anything we needed was there for us. The kids loved all the tv’s and Xbox’s! Nice touch! We felt very comfortable there and it was close to everything.

Fun at torch lake

My husband and I , our daughter and son in law, and our granddaughter all had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful, and we so enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. Would definitely recommend this place to all our friends. Thanks Jeff

Great place by Torch lake

Everything from the booking to the stay was great. Jeff accommodated our groups situation. House is clean and have amenities most places don't. Would stay again for sure.
