We had a wonderful 8-day stay at this property. Wonderful House in a great location

Lovely place to stay. We stayed with out 8 and 3 year olds and my wife's parents. the house and pool were excellent and we were SO close to many great gulf beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

This property was just what we were looking for for our Florida vacation! The house was clean and was such a cute beach themed home. The owner allowed us to check in early, which was very much appreciated since we drove many hours to get to the location. The owners communicated quickly with us and responded to all our messages. It was a great stay and we hope to return soon!

This property was well above expectations, wonderful neighborhood and quiet. Communication with the home owners was great, we had no problems and will definitely rent this home again when we come back to vacation with my girls and family. The hosts are so responsive and kind. The property and neighborhood are beautiful. The house and pool are so clean. They stock the house with more than most places which was wonderful as we cooked our own food while there and had everything we needed and more. There is a wonderful ice cream shop not far from the house. I've stayed at this house twice and had a wonderful experience both times.

X-mas golf trip

Great location for golf and beaches. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Property well maintained and clean. Easy check in and out. We couldn't have asked for more except better weather. Suggestions: Cable TV, seat/bench in master shower.

My husband and I have been renting out our property through VRBO for over 12 years. In that time we have welcomed many guests to our home, of which many have been repeat guests. Our home is conveniently located for easy access in and out of Rotonda. And if you are like me and forget an item at the grocery store, we have Winn- Dixie at the end of Sunnybrook.

As I traveled extensively for work for many years I have learnt what I would want in a good vacation property and have incorporated that into our home. We as owners are constantly updating our home. In the last two years we have replaced the air conditioner, a new roof, all new pool equipment on the outside of the house. Inside the house a new fridge, all new living room furniture, new mattresses. Also pillows and mattress pads on the beds are replaced every year. All mattresses are enclosed in bug protection bags. Everything in our home is there for your use. Including spices, coffee filters, sugar, a selection of tea’s flour, salt and pepper, garbage bags, foil wrap, shampoo and conditioner, soap, dish soap, dishwasher pucks, tide pods ,fabric sheets. We also leave a few rolls in each bathroom of toilet paper so you don’t need to rush out the next day.
