The original machine had been damaged by a previous guest and was temporarily replaced before your stay. Instructions were available in the cabinet next to the coffee cups, though we will look into making them more visible for future guests. We understand that neighborhood impressions can vary from person to person. Our home is located in a typical Springfield residential neighborhood, and while we strive to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for our guests, we recognize that perceptions of an area can be subjective. We appreciate your feedback regarding the instructions. The main TV remote is a standard remote, so we had not anticipated that additional instructions would be needed. The smaller remotes throughout the home are optional controls for accent lighting and other features. That said, we understand that every guest’s experience is different, and we’ll consider adding a quick guide to make things even easier for future visitors.
