The properties located in a very nice neighborhood very quiet host replied almost immediately with each message that was sent. The location of the house makes it easy to get to old Orchard.

Great place to stay. The house was in a safe area. The beds were comfortable and the host was helpful. Would stay here again if in the area.

Home has lots of natural light, very comfortable furnishings. Lots of snow while I was there, timely and efficient management of all that. Easy, timely communications with the property owner.

Patrick was a great host. Communication before and during was easy. The house was very clean and tidy. Really appreciated the fresh linens, assortment of coffees, bottles of water and assortment of movies. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend.Thank you so much!

Very clean house. Kitchen table only for 2 despite sleeping 6. No knives in kitchen for dinner. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Terrific location! Literally a 3-minute drive down quiet streets to downtown Main Street. Short drive to Portland Harbor and Gorham. Saco itself was a wonderful town. Home is comfortable; beds, chairs, couches, kitchen table, and back deck furniture provided lots of seating and easy living for our family of 3. Certainly could handle larger families. We were there when temps were high 90s to 100, and the three window AC units kept the home very comfortable. The street location of the home is a corner lot. The streets and backyards of adjacent properties were wide and deep, so the home is private and the neighborhood is quiet.Parking was ample in the driveway immediately in front of the garage, so the vehicle was easy to unload and access just steps away from the front door. We would rent again if we decide to travel in the area.
