The host is extremely responsive, and enjoyable to interact with. The condo itself is cozy and accommodating for us as a couple. It was winter time, but loved the views and sounds of the ocean. This is an area I’m extremely familiar with in summer months but was fun to explore in the winter season and we were happy with our choice in lodging. Thank you

This was my third year staying here when visiting my home of Old Orchard Beach. This really is my home away from home. The condo is spotless, and how nice to have all the comforts of home included. The view can't be beat, and I spent a lot of time soaking it in on the balcony. Kevin is an A host and I highly recommend this condo. Just keep in mind there is bar noise/music til midnight or so on the weekends (even off season) but is not a problem if you're a night owl like myself. Thanks, Kevin -- hope to see you next year!

Kevin was great in responding to our texts. He always answered right away. The condo was clean and the bed was comfy. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. We definitely would stay there again if we ever came back this way. We watched a beautiful sunrise!

We were very happy with everything. Communication with host was top notch. All rooms were clean. All appliances worked as they should. The view from the balcony looking out over the ocean was amazing. Our host was very detailed with any instructions we needed on check in / check out process. Very simple check in/ check out. Hope to go back again!

Annual Family vacation in OOB

Unit was exactly as described, and the property owner provided clear instructions for checking in and out. Communication was excellent. My family has been going to OOB for over 30 years, so we knew the area and what to expect. This property is in a great location, and the view from the balcony is wonderful. Being able to listen to live music from the resaurant below was an added bonus!

Wonderful condo very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes.glasses.pots an pans all you would need for a few day stay or a few weeks. Also a washer dryer. You can not beat the views off the deck. This was our second time in this condo an we will be back next year if not sooner. Nice bar down stairs with live music an good food. Walking distance to everything.The host Kevin is very helpful, an easy to get in touch with.

Amazing Beach Condo

This is an amazing property. The listing has all the accurate information, right on the water, convenient location. Kevin, the host, was awesome. So communicative, gave me extra information about the nightlife before I booked it. His responses were almost immediate, snd so helpful! Thank you for an amazing little family getaway.

Easy access to the beach. Great view. Plenty of restaurants and amusement park in walking distance. Host is very responsive. Listing is very accurate description of the property and location.
