We have had some issues recently receiving messages that filter through the portal or the system and we never got your message. We are terribly sorry for the issue as we would've happily allowed an earlier check in, if the unit was ready prior to 4pm. In the future, we ask that all guests message or contact us directly on the office line or text line so we can communicate easily without missing a message through the site.
