Donna, Thank you for sharing the details of your stay with us. We are terribly sorry you were not able to check in early to this property after driving all night to get here the morning of your arrival date. With this property already being booked to a guest prior to your arrival, housekeeping had to wait for that guest to depart before the unit could be cleaned and prepped for your arrival. We hope you understand as we told you over the phone, we do our best to allow guests an early arrival, however there is no way we can guarantee it. We hope you understand that on the day of your arrival, housekeeping worked very diligently to get you in the unit as quickly as possible, and that also could be the reason the unit was not quite up to the cleaning standards you expected. We never heard from you once you checked in so we could only assume all was well upon arrival. Please know that a call to our office letting us know of the issues, could've been easily and promptly handled. We hate to here you will not return to this property, however we manage several other units at this location and along the coast. We are terribly sorry for the issue with the elevator during your stay, however these circumstances are beyond our control. We did work closely with the on site manager to keep you well informed of the repairs and how long to expect the elevator to be down. Luis, We hate you had trouble with the televisions during your stay. We haven't had any complaints from any other guest but we will definitely check into this. As for the smell, we have not had any reports of issues with that either but will make sure we look into this as well. In your review you describe the smell as funky. Could it be from an air freshener, detergent or cleaning products? We will be researching with housekeeping and guests on site to see if we can track down the funky smell.
