The house can accommodate up to 8 people, but with the addition of extra beds, it can easily accommodate up to 10 people, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends.

Gestisco due locali nella zona: un ristorante dove propongo piatti tipici con ingredienti del territorio e un pub in stile irlandese, per serate rilassanti e conviviali.
Ho deciso di affittare questa casa vacanza perché voglio offrire ai miei ospiti l'opportunità di trascorrere giorni di tranquillità a due passi dal mare, magari assaporando i sapori autentici del mio ristorante e scoprendo le meraviglie naturali e culturali del Salento.

È una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina a stabilimenti balneari attrezzati, ristoranti e servizi. Perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi ma avere tutto a portata di mano.
In più, trovandosi proprio di fronte al mare, questa casa permette di vivere l’esperienza autentica del Salento: giornate all’aperto, cene in giardino, profumo di salsedine e il suono delle onde in sottofondo.
Per me è un angolo speciale, dove è facile sentirsi a casa.
È una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina a stabilimenti balneari attrezzati, ristoranti e servizi. Perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi ma avere tutto a portata di mano.
In più, trovandosi proprio di fronte al mare, questa casa permette di vivere l’esperienza autentica del Salento: giornate all’aperto, cene in giardino, profumo di salsedine e il suono delle onde in sottofondo.

Il patio appena ristrutturato è dotato di una bellissima vasca idromassaggio.
In più, gli ospiti hanno la possibilità di gustare piatti tipici nel mio ristorante con uno Sconto del 10% al ristorante D’Anvè di Alliste, una delle eccellenze culinarie della zona. Un’ospitalità a 360 gradi, che unisce relax, buona cucina e scoperta del territorio.
Infine, la posizione tranquilla, pur essendo vicina a stabilimenti attrezzati e servizi, permette di vivere una vacanza serena e autentica, lontana dal caos ma con tutto a portata di mano.
